Why is it, that every time I order breakfast here and ask for NO egg on my sandwiches it always comes with egg on it? This morning I thought maybe if I order breakfast on door dash and select the remove Egg option maybe someone will better see the instructions versus hearing the instructions. But clearly that didn’t work either. Reading and listening skills don’t exist. That’s the last time I order breakfast from this location. So simple to just listen or read the order. Perhaps this location needs better training or better management.

Terrible service the person taking my money was mute and didn't say a word. Their ice machine as seemed to become like McDonald's ice cream machine and never work. Many times in getting a warm pop fries are always old and cold, burger is either over cooked or under cooked. Something changed with this store cause quality went down the drain big time!

Just your typical Wendy's, have eaten here a few times. Always quick and, everything is what it's supposed to be. Have usually been here during lunchtime and even through they get some crazy lunch rushes, I have never waited here longer maybe 10 to 15 mins from time I walked in, until the time I have my order. ( even with a line out the door, or long line in the drive- through). Inside dining area is always clean. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Loved this place. I got dinner here a few nights ago for my family and they forgot my sandwich. I went back the next day as they had closed that night and the manager gave me the whole meal for free!! Thank you so much!

This place has never been great but it’s really went downhill in the last month or so.Service is SO slow that I got rear ended from an impatient person constantly inching ahead because of the wait.Workers aren’t super friendly. They’ve stopped allowing substitutions on coupons (instead of a spicy chicken sandwich I ALWAYS got classic), even though every other location still does.Any other Wendy’s I visit tastes better than this one.

drive through has changed to not carrying coke zero at the window, while the restaurant itself does carry it. Makes no sense. As a diabetic, diet coke is a strong flsvour that not everyone enjoys and coke zero was always my drink of choice. not sure of the reason for the change but I am left disappointed.the food is exactly as expected. Spicy chicken is fantastic. the staff are always friendly and helpful

Place is decent, I don't like the fact 1 time I order the biggest frosty they sell and I get an EXTRA LARGE CUP, then I order the same thing next time and get the large or medium cup. I don't understand why this is why I ask for them to show me the cup EVERYTIME NOW
