ALRIGHT IF YOU NEED A TOW AND HAVE NO ONE TO CALL…..push your car!!!!! This is the worst company I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only has he overcharged for a simple tow but yelled at my brother, myMother and my Father. This company is a joke. Threw my brothers phone at him after handing me over on speaker. I was trying to figure out why he was bringing the car to his lot. My parents gave him an address and they were told it must be impounded. This was a vehicle that hit black ice on a bridge with no other vehicles being involved. After I spoke to the driver he then yelled at me. I told him to calm down and simply asked why he could not bring the car to the address provided. He said it was a vehicle accident and it must be towed to a impound lot. I reminded him that there had been no criminal action and that the car is always to be towed as per drivers discretion. He then yelled at me again and told me to give him the address. Funny how he changed his mind. This company should NEVER get anyones business and I hope anyone that needs a tow sees this and takes my advice.

My experience was TERRIBLE! Stay clear of this gangster……. My 14 sons bike was stolen. They did the roadside recovery and charged $690 for a 64km round trip recovery! Highway robery …. Stay clear of this guy!

They came super fast and towed my truck away with no issues.

Called about a car that was towed there on a Saturday and the gentlemen that answered the phone was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude! Very poor customer service! Thankfully won’t have to use this company again!

Bruno saved me today! I blew a spark plug on the hwy and called CAA. I was quickly connected with Bruno, he showed up within a half hour, popped the hood and saw the problem immediately. I drove with him while he visited four garages in Oromocto. No one could help me, so he ended up towing my car to Fredericton. He was so kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place!

The guy that answers the phone was rude and almost combative on the phone when asked simple questions about his service. The guy that came and provided the service was great though.

Got my vehicle stolen. Cops took it here to dust for prints and nobody told me when to pick it up. Ended up sitting in this lot on my dime and had to pay 500$ just to leave with my vehicle. Buddy was super rude.

Drivers are rude , unprofessional , givesthe public the finger , can’t drive , do not follow road laws , drivers think they own the road , the guy with the grey hair and grey goatee that was driving gave me the finger , zero lights were on !! Stop blaming your costumers !!!!
