Fast food quality with a dine in price. Maybe this is because of inflation, but the prices seem nuts. The orders were taken incorrectly and the staff were not super well organized, but these are crazy times.The onion rings we ordered to start were delivered without any plates for us to eat from.The fish'n'chips were hot, but the batter was dried out and hard. The Thai salad didn't have much salad and the bowl was half filled with rice.Nice architecture, but the top 40 hits were a bit too loud.

I waited for at least 5 minutes at the entrance with nobody in the queue and 3-4 waitress wondering around. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all but I wait 20 minutes before one of the waitress finally asked me what I wanted. At the point I discovered that the plate I wanted was served only at the bar (my bad, it was written in small letters of the offer). So I moved to the bar, asked for the plate and waited other 20 minutes before the waitress told me hey just put the food in the oven. I cancelled the order and left the place.

Good food, but we ordered online at 4:00 to be ready for 6:00. When I got there it was not ready and they said it would only be a few minutes. I stood there for 30 minutes!! All I got for my trouble was a bon journee"!"

Restaurant Normandin Place de la Cité
The food is always good and the price is right. Sometimes the service is not up to par. I went there Saturday, the first waitress that had our table was not in a good mood, a second waitress came to our table thinking we were in her section, the first one came back and complained to the Second one that she was in the wrong section, the they both left us and the second one came back saying she would take care of us from now on! we were happy because she was in an excellent mood and served us very well.

What a fantastic place for breakfast. Very friendly service so far in Quebec. Staff tries to talk in English and understands the customers need. By far the best place in Quebec to eat. Special thanks to Karel for understanding us.

Great place for lunch! Reasonably priced and lots of options, highly recommend the Vegetable Lasagna and Pouding Choumeur - delicious!

Honestly never had such a bad experience in a Normandin before, server had no idea what he was doing or what he was offering. Food was dry, and hard, fruits were a complete disaster. Even the coffee tasted bad. Won't recommend this one ...

Nice restaurant for family meal. Good pizza and proper table service. Leftover pizza can be brought home.The host on the other, is never at her post. Reception was slow, and attitude was discussing.UPDATE 2022-11-05: new hostess she was very nice and available. A very good improvement. Keep it as is.
