Pretty decent Korean fried chicken! Had to wait a while for takeout since the seating is very limited but it's understandable for the size of the restaurant. One order is def good for two people. Got the classic which was very nice and crispy. The soy garlic was pretty good too. Will go back to try the other dishes one day.

Quick, tasty takeout, crispy and moist inside fried chicken (had original without sauce), tangy crisp radish and carrot pickles to go with it. The japchae was to die for, just saucy enough, noodles perfect texture, spice that builds, veggies sauteed to perfection :) Only had takeout so far but plan to come back to try the large patio. There is a 'takeout station' with small portions of different items ready to go for walk-in takeout people if you do not have time to phone ahead.

The food is so delicious and homey! Outstanding and warm service as well. Happy to see this family owned restaurant come to the neighborhood <3Note: hands down the best korean rice cakes in town

I really liked this spot! This was my first time trying KFC and it was delicious, my husband and I shared the soy garlic option and we had leftovers to take home. You have to go inside and get menus then you order inside (easily missed if you don’t know how it works) friendly people working were excited to have us eat the food, look forward to trying their other options.

Xo fried rice was excellent. Sweet and sour pork was tasty but tad more seasoning on the pork itself would bring out flavors even more. Friendly service. Excited to try other items on the menu.

Couldn't handle a busy Saturday afternoon rush during the Tulip Festival. We arrived around 1:30 and there was a line to get in. We were greeted by a lovely young lady and we went inside to order. I found out that the fried chicken and fried rice options were sold out (I was disappointed). For the ready to go" options

Spent $450.28 after taxes last night. Friendly staff. Excellent service. The atmosphere is very family friendly.The XO fried crab rice was good. Went down easily and was very light to eat and not heavy.Fried chicken was delicious. Ordered a few different types.Japchae tasted good. As well as the Jjajangmen which I am glad this restaurant carried. It is very hard to find a place that actually makes it in house.Kimmari tastes good and the sauce complements it. Fried dough was good too.Bonus 2 boxes of fries included which was very nice of the staff/owners.Next time, we will enjoy eating there outside on the patio on a cool day.I hope one day they include more items like kimbap, spare ribs, bibimbap and/or Korean rice balls/triangles. Also seafood and/or kimchi pancakes would be a great addition.This is definitely one the best Korean restaurants in Ottawa. The location is nearby a open city parking lot and near many other restaurants and somerset. It's a nice walk down Little Italy to get to this location or if you take public transportation you can get off near Adult High School or Gladstone and walk the rest of the way.I'll be back next time.

I dropped by for lunch on a Sunday while in the neighbourhood. Happened to snag a table before they filled up but was then really rushed to finish my meal while the staff tried to turn over the table for the next guests. That aside, the food is good. The original fried chicken with fried dokk was delicious - among one of the better KFCs I've had in Ottawa. I also enjoyed the tteokkbokki with the kimari.

We ordered the classic chicken, it was crunchy and not greasy. It’s different from other Korean fried chicken we had, it’s more like KFC than buttered chicken. The food came out quick and people are very pleasant.

Dropped by for dinner and tried the sweet chili fried chicken, XO crab meat fried rice and the bulgogi poutine. This spot is a order and pay first spot with table service where servers will bring the food and water to you (though you can self serve water on the patio). It's quite a small but cozy location.The food we ordered all tasted very good and authentic to us. A few things could be improved: the xo crab fried rice was quite greasy and there wasn't much crab if at all, and the fried chicken could be a bit crispier to stand up to the sauce. They also have some grab and go items. Service was very friendly.
