Lady in the purolator depot at the mall is great but..come on.. went to pick up a parcel I had delivered there for pick up and went before 6 pm (on friday) sign said this location is temporarily closed at 5..I'm guessing it's due to lack of staff but it's really unacceptable imo.

This is the third time that I have not received my parcel, always blamed on weather. Street is plowed and sanded and my yard clean, It has not snowed in three weeks!!! Purolator representative called on Friday morning at 10;30 to tell me they would reschedule a delivery at a different address but only on Monday. Terrible service. Also tried calling back impossible to get through.

Had packages sent from Toronto, they arrived in Bathurst 24hrs later. They than stayed in Bathurst for 4 days, everyday they would send me an email saying bad weather or missed connection. After finally getting ahold of someone on day four i was told the boxes were too big and they had no room on the truck. I had to drive down and get the packages myself, i am not sure how small it is inside a purolator delivery truck, but the boxes were not that big. Than i get an email after i picked up the packages saying delivered in Campbellton.

Literally the worse delivery service, habitually fails to make deliveries, loses packages and lies about it.If I had the option I would never use them, I cringe whenever I see that they are the delivery service being used, knowing that nithing will go smoothly.

Purolator doesn't even deserve 1 star. My parcels arrived in Bathurst and was suppose to be delivered the next day ... It wasn't. Yesterday March 3rd, 2020 I called the 1800 number and was told it was on the truck. I stayed home all day waiting for my packages. Call them back last night and was told delivery was delayed due to weather ( roads were pave and it was plus 7 out yesterday ) Not only am I losing income due to these incompetent drivers, but I am losing clients. Purolator is the worse company to deal with..... They are dishonest, incompetent and liers.

Ordered from Newegg paid for fast shipping, package was supposed to be here on Thursday, was delayed. Package scheduled to arrived on Friday, Purolator didn't delivered because of an emergency"

I RATE THEM ZERO STARS! The worse rotten delivery service in our area, they can't deliver during our receiving hours so they just return to Bathurst with our parcels and bring them to an out of town depot the following business day where we have use our vehicle and pay our employees to drive to to get our parcels! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!

Waiting for three days straight to receive a very important package that is necessary to prepare a piece of farming equipment. Time sensitive. For three days straight delivery was supposedly attempted but never saw the truck. I'm assuming the driver simply doesn't want to venture past Dalhousie, NB. Will likely avoid purolator at all costs.
