Staff immediately acknowledged me when I entered the store and asked if I needed help with anything. When I said no, allowed me to browse. When I did select some items, they jumped into action to make sure I knew what I was purchasing and how to use and care for it. Explained I was a beginner, and made sure I was aware of class offerings. Best of all, didn't try to pressure me into buying more.Wode selection of stamps, dies, inks, paper, embellishments, etc. Available online and in store, which is great.

Cannot say enough about this crafting den! Kathy and Lucy are very special enablers- oh! I mean sales assistants! Lol. Lots of great products to choose from.

I live dangerously close to this store. Every time I think I'll just pop in for one thing I leave with 5! They carry beautiful, high quality products, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (especially Kathy B!). I've picked up scrapbook and cardmaking supplies there, taken a class, and joined their online weekly card making group on Facebook. I feel connected to a community of crafters, I am so glad I found this place! Love supporting a local business, too.

Everyone here is a friendly fellow crafter and are always able to help me pick out fantastic new paper or additions to my craft stash. They do special orders too!

Edit: Seriously love this place! Every time I go in I'm treated like family! It doesn't matter if it's been months or days since my last visit. There's ALWAYS new a fabulous things available and if you have any questions they will take the time to explain everything!Tremendous staff. If they don't have what you're looking for they will try to find it for you!

First time ever going inside and have to say it wasn’t the best experience :(I am extremely new to all things scrapbooking and stamps. I went in to look at what they had to offer, I was also looking for a Thank you stamp. Since I have no knowledge of stamps I asked if they had any wooden thank you stamps. She asked why I was looking for specifically wooden stamps , I said how it is the only type of stamps that I know of. When I asked my question I felt as if the lady there was trying to ridicule me for asking about wooden stamps since it something not being used anymore (which I didn’t know about) then told me how it isn’t what’s being used anymore and that clear stamps are the new things and Woden stamps aren’t useful anymore. So I made my way to the other side of the store looking for the thank you stamp I’d like to buy and she made her way over to point a few out to me which I appreciated cause I was lost to where everything was. When I went to check out she asked what type of ink I was using and I said I wasn’t sure because I just bought a random one from Michael’s, she then laughed and explained the different types to me and that was that.I left the store feeling upset since I had felt like I was being ridiculed for my lack of knowledge...sad to say I won’t be returning..

The staff are wonderful, helpful ladies! They have a great selection of products and if they don't have it in they'll do their utmost best to order it in for you.I LOVE this store and would highlyrecommend it.

Shipping was super fast and my die set was carefully packaged in a sturdy bubble mailer and taped to cardboard just in case!

I so love this place.1st time in since they moved, big, open space to shop.Lots to check out...AWESOME LADIES.
