Difficult to get a reply back.Seemed lacking in organization and communication.Felt like my time was wasted dealing with them.Would not recommend.

If you are going to apply for a rental from this company, make sure to constantly hound them about viewing dates, making sure they saw your application and accepted them.Myself my handicapped mother and a friend were looking at a house for rent which would have been accessible for my mother (a rarity to find) we saw a place from Equity the day it was posted online. We messaged that day, I messaged 24 hours later to make sure they received it.. waited a day, called them. They said the person whom was looking after it was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for 4 more days.I got an application late the next day, filled it out and sent it back the day after. The day the person was back we called them asking about viewing dates, they said they would email applicants within the next week and a half.We waited that week and a half, heard nothing, called the first day after that time estimate and got voice mail.. left a message. We then proceeded to call multiple times over the next few days, left another voicemail or two. Heard nothing back. Finally today (almost a week after that estimate) we call and actually get someone. She said she emailed all applicants and when we didn’t arrive she assumed we were no longer interested.I explained we never received the email, I checked it every 10 minutes for that week and a half so I know it’s not that I missed it. I even double checked to make sure. They then said they sent it with the application.. I looked to make sure they hadn’t, and the email said “we will book an appointment after June 10th” (the second time we called was on that day where we were told they would email us within a week and a half.)The place is almost rented, they suggested we call back in a week to see if it was rented. I said since it was there screw up and they had NO reason to assume that we weren’t interested given all the times we called and checked up with them as mentioned above, that they should be the one calling us.. they have all our numbers from the application and us calling them. Their attitude was shrugging it off “oh well”So now we are back to square one, trying to find a house to rent that is accessible, has enough room for us and is affordable enough for two people on ODSP and someone who works full time at a minimum wage job..

Equity was the best property management I’ve ever rented from. Their staff is professional, friendly and quick to resolve any concerns/issues.

Been renting from them 3.5 years. Emails are responded to quickly and works is done in a timely manner. Some things take a little longer than others but they get done! Very professional when I speak to them on the phone.

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. They will not get back to you when there is a problem. Their unit at 4066 Old Hwy 2 is marketed as a family building. It is NOT. Nothing but drugs, violence, sex and keeping you up 24/7. PARENTS AVOID THIS PLACE.

Not at all satisfied about how our initial move in is going. We were supposed to get keys when the person looking after the agreement was back in the 6th. They are now saying things need to still be done at the apartment and another walk through. I would like my keys since I've paid the rent to start moving things over and my cable and internet and all utilities are started in the 9th. I thought it was ready to go as it has been empty since October 31st.
