Absolutely terrible experience. My friend ordered a cake TWO WEEKS ahead of time online. When she went to pick it up on the specified date they had not prepared the cake at all. She showed him the order confirmation to which the employee said “oh, you should really call to place an order” why would there be an “Order Online” option on the website if it’s not actually an option? After she specified that it was needed for that night the employee said “are you sure? It’s has to be tonight? Oh hang on a minute”. They then went to the back and brought back a prepackaged TINY, LOW SUGAR, KETO cheesecake without the writing she had ordered. This is absolutely the opposite of what she ordered, not to mention that she ordered a vanilla cheesecake and the keto one was cappuccino. To top it off, the employee took a BROKEN half of a chocolate bar and wrote a sloppy happy birthday message on it. The chocolate bar was broken unevenly and looked terrible. The employee then essentially sent her on her way and did NOT give her a refund for the $40 DOLLAR custom cheesecake that she had ordered. Incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend. Stay away, honestly an unbelievable experience.

I wanted to explore beyond Yonge Street and I found this great place, you might miss it because it's nested below street level but look for it, you won't regret it. They are conveniently open late.First you are welcome to a great barista guy which suggests you a good drink and what cheese cake pair it with. Then you pick between indoor or outdoor sitting. The cheesecake is fabulous, it has a great texture and a very tasty flavour without being overpowered by the sugar level. The ingredients in there are properly mixed for you to enjoy.Their coffee selection is very good.I had the opportunity to try the Spanish Coffee and it was good, the alcohol flavour was properly mixed. The staff is very good that I had the opportunity to try another coffee drink that didn't disappoint either.

The waiter at the restaurant did not make me and my friends feel welcome at all. In fact he told us you are taking up space". If i could give it a zero start review i would. However

Tired to give this place a second chance but once again disappointed. Paid $10 for a slice of dried up cheesecake that tasted like the fridge (must of been sitting there uncovered for at least a week)Had to toss it :'(

Really not impressed, should have checked the other lower star reviews before coming.I bought three slices of cheese cake and all tasted like they had been sitting in the fridge for a week. The new York style cheesecake cake had was undercooked. The chocolate brownie cheese cake was extremely stale (5-7 days old for sure), and the pistachio cheese cake the same situation. I wasn't going to write a review until I saw other people had the same complaints. Bottom line, please do not serve old cheesecake to people, it can get them sick.

The food and ambience here was delightful, we chose the food options. We asked the server for the best recommendation for the drinks, and we weren't disappointed at all. They have a wide variety of deserts, and we went for what they recommend and were really satisfied. Five stars for the service and value of the food.

I went to Indulge on a Friday night to enjoy the downtown night before it gets cold. I was planning to go to Hemming’s Way but these guys were giving out Hot Cocoa samples and it was so good. I was not sure what should I try in drinks so, Victor ( super sweet and cute guy ) who works there suggested me espresso martini. Trust me this was the best caffeinated drink I have ever had. The taste, the foam, the texture were so rich. I work as a barista and I know a bit about coffees and foams. In Espresso Martini the foam was top notch. I sat in patio with a beautiful building and city lights view, enjoyed the wind before it gets too cold. The people who are working there are super friendly and fun. I met Kerem, Victor and one more. Consider how much attention they give to their customers. Lastly if you are ever craving for pistachio cheesecake then this is the place. They have the best cheesecake.

Absolutely amazing cocktails! This is the place for a great and unique espresso martini in Toronto, but really any cocktail they make is fantastic. Had some of their cheesecake to top off the night and it was delicious. Definitely would recommend!

There was a guy outside along the sidewalk with a small table giving out samples of cheesecake. The sample cheesecake had a great texture and was soft. Thought we'd give it a try and order some inside. Our table had the chocolate lover's cheesecake, a coconut cake, and two cocktails. The chocolate cheesecake was frozen when it was served. Not sure why they'd serve it like that and the server said I should wait before eating it... Took my time to let it thaw a bit more and even after about 15min, it was still an unpleasant texture. The coconut cake was very stale. The sponge itself was hard. Taste-wise, both cakes were just fine, but nothing really memorable. The mango martini was poorly done in my opinion. It tasted like refrigerator cold vodka with a mango flavour. It was served with a garnish of three frozen mangoes on a stick. The frozen mangoes were like something you'd get in the grocery store to make smoothies out of.I can't recommend this place if you have other options. I know this place has been around a while, but I got the impression that they don't really understand the customer experience with the food and drinks they're serving and are maybe prioritizing their end (such as freezing stuff or keeping stale stuff to not waste food and still sell them).
