My first starbucks in the country. Served on time, after along drive from jeddah up to red deer it was relief sipping my undying mocha latte. More starbucks to visit.

By far the worst Starbucks in town. If you place a mobile order have fun waiting 30 minutes for it even when it’s slow. If they’re “on top of things” they make the drinks quick but then neglect to make your food. Maybe hire people who actually know what they’re doing

They never get my order right when I specifically told them what I want and what’s on it. Other Starbucks location never had a problem with the same order I kept ordering, twice that it already happened on this location. Starbucks bower mall, please do better. Your drinks are not cheap so the customers want to get what they are paying for.

Had a caramel Maciato but dud not find it had much flavour like it used to ..gf had a chocolate Frappuccino I tasted it same thing ..they both tasted week ..huge disappointment for what you pay

They always serve customers that have gone way after me in the line and they always screw up and don’t get my order in and then I wait 30 minutes for a watered down $50 drink. DO NOT GO TO BOWER MALL STARBUCKS!!

The worst Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte. They probably used a mixer used for coffee cause my drink is almost brown and tastes like coffee, doesnt taste matcha at all!!! Ridiculous.

I really like the Chestnut Praline latte that you can only eat in winter. Finally, a holiday drink came out and I often go to Starbucks to buy it. I visited Starbucks in Bower Mall for it yesterday and ordered it. Starbucks in Bower Mall doesn't visit often because it doesn't always taste good and the staff isn't friendly. Yesterday I still couldn't taste the exact taste and I told the barista my drink wasn't sweet. But she rudely told me that we added syrup to it as usual. But if you want extra sweet, you want “extra sweet” when you order. She taught me like I didn't know how to order. I don't want to visit there again.
