We recently upgraded our 20 year old spa to Hot Spring's new Limelight series Prism hot tub. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had working with everyone at Lake Champlain Pools. We purchased a pool from them a few years ago and now this Hot Tub and the experience was the same. The showroom has a bunch of models on hand so you can see exactly what you will be getting. When it came time to deliver the spa, the team set the 1,200 lb spa right where I wanted it and even came back after I had it filled to show us how to use it. If you're in the market for a pool or hot tub, you will be glad you stopped into Lake Champlain Pools & Spas to see for yourself why they are the BEST in the business!

Generally have all the stuff you need for pools both hardware and chemicals. Will analyse your pool water and if you don't need anything they will tell you. Easy access off Northway and Tom Miller (extension). For stoves Pellets are good but way more expensive than they need to be. From time to time bags are punctured and water gets in so useless which makes them more expensive relatively per bag. Always good people though, helpful.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my hot tub. LCP was friendly, professional, efficient and continued to answer all my questions, even after it was delivered! They helped to surprise my family and it was so easy and fun, thanks to them!

We recently purchased a hot tub and are using a salt water system. The chlorine generating electrode is expensive ($100+) and we had issues with it generating enough chlorine. It is supposed to last 3-4 months and we used ours 6 weeks in the fall before winterizing the tub. When we started it up this Spring, the tub stated that the electrode needed replacement. We had a spare and it worked fine from the get go. Lake Champlain Pools returned it to the manufacturer for us but the company would not admit it was a faulty item. Lake Champlain Pools made hood on it on their own after the company did not. Kudos to Lake Champlain Pools for excellent customer service!!

Counter staff is great. You may feel that you are getting a good deal on a pool or spa, and indeed you may. However once you own a pool and spa purchased from Lake Champlain pools as I do the service is awful and the charges are outrageous. . Due to this had a new liner installed with a better quality one than offered by Lake Champlain pools by pro pools in Malone for a significant savings. And an outstanding and quality jod. This was agter spending hundreds of dollars to fix leaks that the patches never fixed or sealed.The hot tub was loosing a significant amount of water and the heater was thought to be not working. I was informed the heater was tested and in need of replacement after it was tested. A review of the video system found no test was done just replaced the heater and within 10 minutes were gone. Called and said the heater was tested and tested bad. When called stating the spa is still loosing a large quantity of water . Was advised that was never the reason for the service call. They came back a second time and found a ‘small leak in the jet pump for an additional 500 plus service . When questioned about would this cause all the leak was advised that they would need to take the spa to the store for further testing . At a cost of 500 to pick up and 500 to return. Plus hourly costs to fix. Needless to say the pump was not replaced . Water was added to the tub and set at 100 upon trying to use the tub it was so unbearably hot that it could not be used. The tub was shut down and will be purchasing a new tub anywhere but lake Champlain pools. As by the time they actually found the problem probably would be into them for more than a new one if they were able to fix it. Yet still am out 600 dollars that cant be used. They wanted yo work something out when advised how shoddy they are but obviously want nothing to do with them.

We had a problem with our hot tub. The service team did an excellent job for us - could not be happier!

Worst pool service in Plattsburgh. Unfortunately they are the only pool service company in the area so my elderly mother was stuck calling them again to open up her pool. When they opened Mother's pool, instead of pumping the dirt, leaves & scummy water off the top of the cover, they just pulled the cover off, dumping all that filth into the pool. After seeing pictures of the mess, I called and spoke to Christine. She said that is their standard procedure for opening pools. Then she tried to talk me into paying $95/hr for a weekly cleaning service. I declined and insisted they come back and fix their mess. They did stop by several times to add chemicals but the pool is still disgusting. When I call, they've got a million excuses and lies, your filter needs replacing
