We recently had our sewer back-up and are very satisfied with Bruin's emergency service. The technician arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable and professional throughout his time helping us. Everyone at Bruin was great to deal with and definitely hold true to their Bear that Cares" motto. I would recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing professionals."

I would like to thank Bryant Larson. I was having issues with my furnace for many months. He come over within 10 minutes. He had the problem figured out and had me fixed up in no time. I also had an issue with my hot water tank so he took a look at it and in the end I needed a new hot water tank. So within probably 20 minutes he had a hot water tank installed. Bryant and Gord really know their stuff so if you’re ever having an issue, I would call them and ask for your repair man to be Bryant Larson and I guarantee you will be happy. These guys are super knowledgeable. Bryant really knows what’s going on he is super great to deal with as well.

Bruin's was very professional and very easy to deal with. I had a few additional things I needed them to take care of and they did. Their email response times are great and the staff I dealt with were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Bruin's to anyone.

Dale showed up early and was pleasant from the onset. He worked efficiently and did an excellent job from start to finish. He even added some essential oils to mask some of the dust smell. We are very satisfied with the work done. Then a couple days later we had our furnace maintenance tenancy. Rochelle was very thorough. Cleaned as well as looked at all parts. Made some suggestions and pointed out some necessary maintenance parts. I was really pleased with her professional background and time well spent with us. Thank you.

I’m genuinely upset that I have to give you a one star, you deserve none.Not only did they do $35,000 damage to my house, they refused to take responsibility after their plumber accepted fault for it.They installed a humidifier and didn’t bother to secure the drain hose into the floor drain. That was all fine until the technician came out for our bear care inspection, obviously knocked the hose out of the drain and it flooded our basement the next time we turned he humidifier on. Not only did the bear care tech do a terrible job, he had to come back 3 times because he forgot his tools, forgot to inspect the AC unit and forgot to get us to sign off. He also awkwardly picked up my husband’s guitar and played him songs for a while. It was one of the weirdest experiences we’ve ever had. We were trying to be polite so we let it go, but then their shotty work cratered our basement and we knew that we’d made a mistake by being too nice. Completely taken advantage of by Steve and his team, I’ve never been so disappointed.They also tried to take advantage of my neighbour. She’s a new Canadian and she had plumbing issues while her husband was working away. They tried to tell her that more work needed to be done than necessary because she was a solo female and English isn’t her first language.We work way too hard for our homes to let companies like this in. Please do yourself a favour and call someone else.

I pay a regular subscription fee and they come and service my furnace and A/C once a year each. They have kept both in good shape for the last 6 years....neither was new when I purchased my house. The service people are always professional.

We had our ducts cleaned today, and we are really happy with the service and the end results. Cleaned everything up and showed us pictures of before and after. It's definitely worth using Bruin's

We previously had Bruin's install a new furnace for us and they did a fantastic job, very professional and top quality work. We had them come back and install an air conditioning unit for us. Once again amazing , professional quality work. Highly recommended for all your heating and plumbing needs!

We just experienced having to replace our very old furnace and having had Bruin's service in the past we landed on them again after getting quotes from a few other providers in Red Deer.They were quick to respond to our needs and in fat we had them do a few extra while installing a new furnace to our home. From Mike who came out initially to meet with us to Chris and his assistant who di the install we were impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail.We look forward to years of continued support through their Bear Care program and we would certainly recommend them to others.
