Would leave zero stars if I could. Do not use this company. This lady ghosted paying clients. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. Do not trust you loved ones with her.

I have brought my troubled, hard to handle, real challenge, female dog to Nicky, as I needed a real hands on help with calming her uncontrollable barking down and going haywire around other dogs. Nicky deserves 5 stars for the advice, training, positive results and the time she has spent with me and my dog to address the issues. She also has taken time to show me the proper dog gear I should have, in order to properly handle my dog. Both, the training and the change in gear has proven effective and positive results in a short time. We had safe meetings with proper pandemic time distancing and masks. I will continue to train my dog whenever i can, as I do have mobility and health issues myself. Keep in mind to be flexible with schedule and don't give up, as keeping the appointments on both sides has been a challenge.
