Staff friendly and eager to help, safety precautions were in place when they were using the forklift, communication between staff members was polite and to do with the products they have/where said products are. Store clean, well organized.

Spent thousands of dollars on my Home Depot card. Paid every month regularly for years. Missed one payment of $10 and they have now reduced my credit to $500. I want to spend $5000 on new appliances and renovation work. Will never use Home Depot again.

For the past 8 months, the website/app shows available stock, but when you get there, nothing. So long as you buy the few most common items used in this tiny town you're fine. Otherwise, good luck.

I am always impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. I've needed help finding the correct plumbing, electrical, and carpentry materials, and I always leave with the right stuff to get my job done right. It is easy to check stock availability online, and I've even pre-ordered so that everything is ready to go for easy pick-up.The Home Depot is my go-to place for all of my construction needs.

The Fredericton store has some of the worst customer service I have seen from a business. I have been waiting over twos days for two separate orders for delievery that total over 20,000 dollars. I have called dozens of times leaving my name, number and both order numbers and never recieved a call back. Nobody can help me when I do actually wait on hold for a long period of time enough to actually get someone on the line. I will not be shopping there again.

I left a prior review with concerns of the ability to contact the local Fredericton store. I must admit, Home Depot not only reached out so they could address the issue but they also won back a loyal customer. Thoroughly impressed and greatly appreciate their response!

This is a great store that offer everything you need from small projects to a big one. And if you look around, there can be a good treasure hunt for great deals. Staffs are helpful. They can give you good advices and help you load things to your car.You can order online and do in store pick-up.

Yesterday my daughter and I came into get wood cut for her new home and the men that helped us were just lovely and amazing! They were so helpful and informative for things that we knew very little about, they were encouraging and helped us through the entirety our purchase even though we needed lots of extra help! Dean was amazing and we'd like to give recognition to Kevin and Charlie as well! Thank you so much!

Worst customer service ever!! Wanted to buy apartment size dryer and got nothing but the runaround!! Went in-store to purchase it and was told they had to order it and it would need to be paid for before ordering....no problem. Lady helping me had problem ordering it, so she took my information and said she would call back....no response. Called again,spoke to different person who,once again took my information and promised to call back....no response. Called again, talked to 3rd person who told me that product no longer available. Why did it take 3 people to? The customer service there is terrible!!
