I see Samantha every three months. I always leave feeling seen and heard. When there are new therapies available she doesn’t just tell me about them she also checks for any adverse effects and contraindications.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I waited a year before my appointment only for them to reschedule me THREE TIMES! One occasion being called 28 minutes before my appointment to cancel on me while I was on my way. Ridiculous.Had the day off for this appointment to. Now they’ve rescheduled me into 2023. Nice…. Will be speaking to my family doctor, to find somewhere else reliable.

This clinic is filled with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were lucky to meet Dr. Chhibber. A phenomenal neurologist that took the time to review our results and provide education in regards to various treatment options. Most importantly we felt at ease, and more confident moving forward. Thank you for all that you do!

From front desk, to the technician to the Doctor...a very satisfying experience. All friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable. Very informative.And even the booking process was refreshing as received a call so fast after the referral and was able to get in within 2 days! Thank you.

This clinic has a very efficient, friendly front reception and the appointment was on time with no waiting in the chairs out front or in an exam room.I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was my Dr. That claimed me from the waiting room. She immediately put me at ease with her friendly open manner.No question was left unanswered, I did not feel rushed and she was very through with her questions. She also provided some initial treatment.I left my exam and consultation feeling like I was finally going to get my issue under control.

Recently my family doctor referred me to the Alberta Neurologic Centre to explore causes of an issue with my wrists. While I was thankful for the referral I was also anticipating a long wait before I could be seen at the centre.Much to my surprise I received a call in a few days from Alberta Neurologic Centre and was extremely impressed by the booking person who did an over the phone preliminary assessment and then booked me for an in office meeting in two days time. WOW! With all the horror stories about extra long waits I was so very thankful that my issues would be attended to ASAP.My experience in the clinic itself was also first class. From the two receptionists who greeted me and engaged in meaningful conversations to the technician who conducted my tests to the neurologist himself all of the staff were amazing. In a world of hustle and moving on to the next client, all too often the patient is treated like a number with little regard for their circumstances. That was not the case at Alberta Neurologic Centre. The care and attention I received was simply top notch! Thanks to everyone who took care of me…..Russ

Terrible experience with a young inexperienced doctor with no bed side manners. He had me attend an appointment that was rescheduled to three different times. After waiting for two hours he informed me at the appointment he didn’t even have an MRI to look at because the MRI was insufficient. But he did not cancel my appointment. He let me come to this appointment wait two hours informed me that I would have to have an MRI taken before consulting with him. Do not waste my time or health care dollars. You replied to this review I am not a patient!!! I AM !!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rosenegger for a few years for my migraine control. I’m needing about 30 injections done every several months and she always makes it quick and the least painful out of all the other doctors I’ve seen. She’s always on time and I’m in and out of there within 10 mins.

Dr. Fridhandler was really knowledgeable, and also a really nice guy. All the staff were great as well.

The receptionist Kayla was beyond rude and not professional when I called in to ask follow up questions as why certain spine areas aren’t included on my MRI. I asked to follow up with the neurologist and they told me to ask my family doctor to add it… why am I coming to this clinic if I am suppose to ask my family doctor? Or book an appointment to follow up in august. Lol unrealI was switched to another receptionist who went on about my notes and symptoms which isn’t what I was inquiring about. After I continued to advocate for a message to be sent to the neurologist I seen, she agreed to send a message…… not impressed at all!
