Been going to this place since it reopened with the new food court. Never had a problem. Went to it when it was flamming woke. The spicy chicken was in-fact good, but not actually spicy enough. Again, Never had any issues.New red and yellow back wall paper. The dude who works the cashier is super kind to me

The other comments are right. Stay away from the squid and anything that needs to be eaten fresh, lolIt's typical Chinese takeout. It's always going to be around and liked regardless. The sweet and sour pork with rice was expected. It's food court food, you get what is expected

Hit or miss. It's either really good or really bad. If it's fresh it's really good but the noodles are often soggy because they've been sitting there for hours and the meat is sometimes very dried out. They have a large variety and the flavors are good. The meat is sometimes gnarly. The staff is friendly. The prices are high. It's about $35 for dinner for two.

Honestly DO NOT get the squid!! Inedible! The salt pepper beef was good but very little portion. In the picture, it shows bigger but in reality, there's just noodles in the bottom. Not ordering from here again.Also... I feel sick rn after eating.

This was my first time here. I ordered the spicy chicken and rice and the chicken tasted sour or off, like fish. I went back to let them know it spoiled and asked for a refund (hardly touch the meal) and they refused!!! And were also weirdly defensive..definitely weren't surprised by it. But still made me keep it or throw it away anyway. Wish I saw the reviews beforehand lol because I hate wasting that much money of food! Also they tried to convince me that they don't even sell fish but there were two clear fish items that were MEANT to be fish.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and spicy chicken with fried rice, it was pathetic. Both chickens were chewy like rubber. Wasted $18 and threw all of it in garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND TASTE BUDS.

Not my first time to try this place but I won’t come back. The sweet and sour pork was inedible both in taste and content. The rice had a burnt taste. I do not recommend eating here. Even my partner left most of his food. The bottled pop was good!!

I haven't eaten from this location for 3 years. Today, I went to eat there and I must say the taste and quality of food is really bad. The spicy chicken tasted like fish. The food is off. I don't know what happened what happen to them because it used to be so delicious and fresh. I do not recommend this place.

I used to like spicy chicken here. Today I ordered the spicy chicken and it tasted and smelled foul and spoiled. I felt nauseous smelling it. We went back to ask them to smell it but they refused to give me a refund or even an exchange to another item. They just repeated that it’s fine and that they eat it too.

**DO NOT EAT HERE**Though I don't frequent food courts, I've tried a few in Metro Vancouver to know that this place is a rip.I ordered the three items with half noodles and rice - the noodles and rice seemed to have sat for a long time or the cook absolutely doesn't know how to cook basic Chinese food. They were speaking Cantonese when I overheard them in conversation.The honey chicken, and sweet and sour pork barely contained meat inside. Half of it was dough, flour and filling.Not worth your $15! Heads up!
