Great team. Everyone was great to work with and made me feel comfortable. I had one straight forward pregnancy with this clinic and another where I was more complicated. I received above and beyond care for both. My doctor was Dr. Freire-lizama. My care was very patient focused and I felt like they did everything they could to make my experience as comfortable and smooth as possible.

I once waited two hours after my appointment time to see the doctor. When I have to schedule appointments my calls are often not returned. By default they schedule tests within Saint Mikes which means you are given an appointment instead of choosing a time yourself, only get one location option, and may wait months if you have to reschedule. You have to pressure them to go to a regular clinic. Each appointment I see a new med student before my actual doctor and have to re-explain my whole history

I don’t understand how this clinic even operates. I’ve never had an appointment here go smoothly. I just called the front desk wondering why Dr Kives hadn’t called me for our scheduled phone appointment and was informed that her clinic was cancelled for the day, yet I never got that memo. This comes after a string of being booked in for the wrong appointment (and therefor having to re-book and wait AGAIN), having my test results lost and not informed about it, being told I’d be called with test results but that never happening, and straight up recieving different information from the nurse vs the doctor about when to book my next appointment. I’m at my whit’s end with this clinic and genuinely don’t know what to do. I’ve had my fair share of frustrating gynaecologist offices, but this takes the cake.

4th-floor Diabetes clinic(pregnancy)I am 8 months pregnant I did have appointment for the ultrasound and I had done on time at 12:30 and they told me to wait.I had another appointment at to see a doctor at 1:30. The women who took me in she so rude and rushed me to do blood pressure.1:45She even told me she doesn't have the whole day. I told her to give me a second I have to take off my jacket after she took my blood pressure she told me to wait in the hallway. I waited 30 min and the ppl in the hallway come after me they are leaving before me. I told the lady I am without food for more than 4 hrs and told me to wait and when is my turn and waited for more than 1.5 hours and mentioned to her I need to see a doctor because I am shaking and I needed food and she said your turn next and then she calls someone and let in who is came after me. When I told the doctor thay keep saying sorry and my blood pressure went high and I felt dizzy. They let me in and give a good result for 5 min.The doctors are nice but the taker is rude. Even I got good news she was rude and unprofessional.I went home at 2:45 there is no such a thing as appointment time. I am disappointed.

There is no option to choose in negative stars so chose the least. This place is filled with inhuman people aka staff. Horrible staff with an intention of personally getting back at patients. Sadistic approach towards customers and zero empathy at a place where people will be expecting to be helped. Disgusting and most incompetent place to take your loved ones.

I was nervous going for my first visit at this clinic but it was really smooth and easy! The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctor worked really well together and explained everything perfectly which made me feel very comfortable through the entire appointment! I was expecting to have to wait but they took me in early and had me out of there in no time!

Had great experience with all the staff here. I had 2 pregnancies here, first ectopic ending in surgery and then followed by a twin pregnancy. Always were on top of my appts and never had to wait too long. Dealt with multiple doctors due to being high risk and even the head obgyn. Loved everyone.

We've been here for a few ultrasounds so far and we were not pleased with each of the sonographers' bedside manner. They all seemed very short and irritated by having to answer our questions during and after ultrasound. Some sensitivity training esp interacting with expectant mothers and couples would be a strong suggestion. However we met with a wonderful Dr this morning who did a partial ultrasound and the experience was much better, forgot her name, unfortunately. I'll be asking to switch ultrasound locations as I do not want to return here. The 8am appointments were helpful though for getting to work on time.

Dr. Sari Kives was professional, kind and went above her job description to ensure a safe and comfortable delivery. Although she was not working the days that I was in labour / gave birth, she visited the hospital each day to make sure both the baby and I were okay. Her team is extremely helpful and understanding. There We’re the odd wait times for an appointment but her expertise is worth the wait.
