Not Recommended at all. All above reviews of their good services is maybe written by their relatives. They do not make authentic and correct orthotics. I made orthotics and it did not help alleviate or reduce pain in my feet. Their Chiropodist don't take correct measurement of your feet. I am completely dissatisfied with their work. If you want to throw away your hard earned money then you go there, I will not recommend it to anyone. please do not throw away your money.

I could rate this store a zero I would. The lady behind the counter didn't want to help us with anything even after I requested for some help twice. She just stood behind the counter on her phone. Then she told me not to try shoes on without my orthotics. How else am I supposed to try shoes on? I need to know how they fit! She kept arguing with us from behind the counter. I then asked her for the manager, which she refused, and I asked her for her name, which she also refused to give me. I will never visit here again.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! From start to finish, the whole team was incredibly communicative, patient, and helpful. They verified my insurance coverage, set up an appointment with their on site doctor, and even organized/explained all of my claim documentation. The entire process surpassed my expectations.Left with a pair of custom orthotics plus new shoes for them to live in, and my heel pain is gone - complete game changer!One piece of constructive feedback: maybe renovate the doctor's office? Feels like it could use a refresh, and it would be well deserved.
