Bin 4 Burger Lounge
The food was amazing, our server was incredible but sadly I will not be back due to the manager 'J'. There was a large group of us with a reservation for 9. 3 people came in early and were told they would not receive the late night deal. The group of 3 agreed to this as they were hungry. The rest of the group arrived, after 9 and the person who made the reservation talked to the manager. We were sat and ordered, had a good time. When the bills came out they were full price for everyone. When asked about this the manager 'J' came out, she spoke to our table unprofessionally, she was rude and abrasive. She did eventually fix the bill however the evening had a different tone to it, our waitress apologized and was visibly upset, understandably so as her manager jeopardized her tips and made the rest of the interaction awkward at best.I spoke to the manager after about how I felt she was not professional and her response was I think both sides were at fault" instead of apologizing.I care much less about the full bill than how we were treated. I hope she treats her staff better than she treats her customers but after what I saw I very much doubt it!"

I was in on a slow time and the service was pretty quick. The food is so good. I had the Italian job" and it was the best burger in recent memory. A beautifuly seasoned chicken breast patty with pico de gallo

Gourmet burgers and elevated truffle fries are the features in a very nice fancy burger king. Of course excellent service and well made drinks. Excellent experience.

Keep giving this place chances. Have had some awesome burgers and some absolutely horrible ones. Today was the latter. My sons burger and mine were so so dry and over cooked. We were starving so ate half each then retired the other halves. I expect more from a place with burger in their name and $25 burgers. Beer also sold as 16oz when it’s clearly 12oz. Best thing we can do is just not come back. Sad as we like to support local and Rutland needs more food places.

We heard rave reviews for Bin 4 and wanted to check it out. Upon being seated, they brought us a small cup of potatoe chips... i loved then! I ordered a strawberry and goat cheese salad. It was delicious. The husband had a wild mushroom burger. He enjoyed it.

We managed to make happy hour at Bin 4 Burger Lounge. The hostesses and servers were friendly. The drinks were delicious. The Mrs enjoyed her pineapple strawberry mojito. I was happy with my Open Red. The wagyu burgers in the Big Dipper and the Big Spenny were super juicy and tasty! Why 4 stars? I would have given 5 except the Mrs was hungry and the burgers took a little while to come out. Nonetheless Bin 4 is a great Burger spot!

We have been meaning to try out this place for ages, and I wish we had done so sooner. Wow! Amazing service, drink selections, and the burgers were out of this world! Onion rings could be a meal on their own. We will be back!

I would give them 5 stars but they don't serve yam fries!!The burgers tasted like the meat was just made this morning and the brioche buns were soft. One of the best burgers I have ever had!!! No exaggeration!!The fries are ok.The aHouse salad was also amazing and the dressing taste and amount was perfect.

Got skip the dishes and was really excited to try it, I had a hard time choosing what I wanted (I am autistic but open to trying new things) I eventually decided on the Bin 61 - Off The Hook & it was really good I also got the Gochujang BBQ sauce with it and it added that spice it needed I also got the house fries they weren’t very fresh but had good salt. Unfortunately the drinks we wanted were out so we got refunded, when our food arrived the bag was colourfully decorated, unfortunately the extra gravy spilled all over in the bag but it wasn’t a big deal
