Nicholas worked diligently this summer to get rid of our flying squirrels making sure they don't re-enter and helped us to understand how to prevent any future intrusions. He never gives up and between him and his office, the communication was excellent including well managed appointments. Nicholas went above and beyond our expectations in every way to get the job done. Wildlife Outaouais is the greatest company to call to rid of your rodents and we would use them again for other rodents around the property (hopefully never again for flying squirrels!).

Showed up the next day, found where the critters were, put a trap door on and followed up with me every day. Fair pricing, good communication, professionalism and curtesy. Thank you !

We woke up to a bat flying overhead. We were able to get it out an open window after probably 45 minutes of complete panic. All was great until just after supper the next day where again, we have a bat flying through the house. We ended up with two grandchildren in our bedroom for the night and I did not sleep a wink. I called Nick the next morning and they came by after lunch. They could not find anything in the house but were able to determine where the bats were coming in. Additionally, he took the time to speak with the grandchildren and put them completely at ease. These things can get through the smallest of holes but once we plugged it up....that was the end of the bats. The amazing part in all this is that Nick did not charge us anything. And he even said that if you see the bat again, call me and I will come right away. This Folks is the true definition of Customer Service. There is no hidden agenda here simply a Customer that was provided service that completely exceeded expectations.

Nick was truly AMAZING! Having had just purchased my condo/townhouse & realizing very quickly that I had a mouse issue I was feeling very deflated and not sure where to go or what to do. Within 30-minutes of reaching out to this company, I got a call from Nick, and he was able to book an appointment very quickly within a few days. When I met him he was very professional, punctual and friendly. Not knowing what to expect, he went through my house & explained all entry points of where the mice could come in & walked me through what he could do to help. He did an amazing job at sealing ALL entry points & guarantees his work.
