Drove in to this location from 35 mins outside city only for it to be closed. Hours listed on website 10-6 on Sundays. Hours on the door say they open at 12.Too bad for them I went to St. Anne's location, which is far more superior of a store and dumped hundreds of dollars on gear.I won't be given them my business again because of a simple detail of changing hours listed on website.***To owners response, door had a piece of paper that said open 12-6 on Sunday Oct 23. Been to your store many times, and I won't anymore. Don't lie to your potential customers. Maybe someone choose to open late this specific Sunday. Typical business owner rebutle that can't take a negative review about a fact that was stated. Store was not open, clear as day. Like I said shop at St Anne's location, they also have staff that offer to help out unlike this location, based on my previous experience of letting you walk around and stand there the whole they talk about what they did the previous night.

I just wanted to tell you, in all the years we have made purchases and I’m not even talking about just small purchases, to all things, I have never in my life experienced the kind of service, respect and going above and beyond for a customer, like I did with Donavon. He called me multiple times to ensure he could find me a box to ship this from Winnipeg to Lethbridge, a cheaper shipping option, a discount on the board, ensuring he saved the board behind the counter, getting the PST taken off, calculating the fees with and without tax…like I can’t even describe the type of employee you have and if every company had EVEN ONE of him, the world would be a much better place. He was so so so kind to me, I can’t even explain it.AMAZING SERVICE….if he hasn’t had a raise….he deserved one yesterday already!

Not quite as many used items as I was hoping but I can see why as they offer very low price for used items. Otherwise staff was cool and they have quite a lot of stuff.

Walked in for their end of summer sale. Went to look at the golf clubs, saw that most if not of them were scuffed/scratched, but were priced as if they were brand new.Buyers beware, due diligence should be practiced prior to purchasing from here.

Good selection. We worked with them to order a bunch of equipment. They're great to work with. Very professional.

Went in to look at some Driver options and quickly realized they are priced higher than play it again south in Winnipeg. Now I don’t normally write reviews but the prices were verging on extreme for some well used 3-5 year old clubs. When compared to golf avenue for a callaway rogue in what Golf avenue would consider fair condition which will have sky marks or considerable wear on the sole of the club the wanted $329 where that club would be $249.I made one trip to check it out and won’t be back at least for golf equipment. Some decent skate prices though.

Went in on black Friday to find a deal on some weightlifting plates. They had what I was looking for. However, I stood there in the middle of the store for ten minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I went to the counter were there was a staff member. He said he would help me when he was done with his current transaction. Fine, I get it, they're busy. I stood there for another fifteen minutes while staff walked back and forth around me. No one helped me. There were three customers in the store and three staff that I could see. Oh well, I guess Play It Again Sports on McPhillips doesn't want my business. I walked out.

The employees were helpful without being pushy or whatever you want to call it. The selection of cleats in my kids size could have been better but I'm sure that's the nature of the pre-owned sporting goods business. Prices seemed fair. Will go again if needed.

I dealt with Donavan, and he was super helpful in getting me set up for the hockey season. Got all the gear I needed, helped me with sizing and sharpened my skates. Fantastic experience, would highly recommend dealing with Donavan

They where super nice and quick to help me but don't get goalie skates sharpened here they did a terrible job my blades are super un even and only had it done for a game that night should have waited and just used my old skates now have to get my blades fixed
