Twice I have been more than pleased with the service from Platinum. 3 years ago, my mother backed into my car. Alan was more than accommodating to my schedule and had my car fixed and ready for me when I came back from vacation. The second time I couldn't get the hatch open on my Ford Escape. His back shop crew knew exactly what the problem was just by looking at the make and year of my car. The part was there the next day and it was fixed that morning. Love the fact that I don't have to take my claims to SGI, and this is one stop service for me. Highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Amazing customer service !I cannot recommend this team enough.They have been patient, kind and transparent with me.I had a hole under my car and a windshield replacement that both needed to be fixed for an out of province inspection.Not only did they take the time to give me a quote and break down the pricing for me, they were quick to book me in as well.I have called multiple garages in the city, believe me when I tell you Platinum's customer service is out of this world.Thank you again !

This is the ONLY place in Saskatoon that I trust to have my vehicle looked at. I have never had bad service. I can't stress enough how incredible this place is.Getting my vehicle fixed is always stressful and these people have never disappointed me. I'll only take my vehicles here from now on to get looked at. Literally 11/10 service

Had a great experience. Left my car here while I went on holidays for them to fix hail damage. They staff even helped me find a temporary solution to a dent in my back bumper as I wasn't ready to pay for the full fix yet. My car was clean and vacuumed inside when they returned it. Really happy!

Worst shop to go to. Do NOT recommend. They take ages to get stuff completed. Break parts that were not broken and charge the customer for it. Lisa at the front desk says they are very busy constantly and couldnt take the time to call me back. DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAT. AUTO BODY. WORST SHOP TO GO TO!! GO TO MAGIC PAINT AND BODY!!

Consistent with the other reviews, the work I received at Platinum was first rate excellence and I was exceedingly happy. Having done much work to this restoration project myself, I found the technicians very informative and generous with advice regarding the painting stage. The front desk service was very good and the shop was neat and clean. The overall environment among the staff was relaxed and friendly. I also enjoyed the nifty personality touches at the establishment! All this is a credit to the owner who was very kind and helpful and very fair in dealing with me. I will gladly continue to take any future autobody work to Platinum and can fully recommend others to do the same.

Customer service was insulting. Receptionist exaggeratedly sighed just because I asked her if she could photocopy a scope of work page for an estimate by phone for an aftermarket bumper install. Other places I visited later that day had no issue with this.Great way to lose business just like that.Edit* Oct 26, 2020Why would there be any record of my name? You can ask your female receptionist.She specifically said, everyone is on lunch and to come back later. I asked if I could get a call back instead and would leave a copy of the [scope of work/bumper installation manual] with them so they can assess and call me back on the estimate.When I asked if she could make a copy for me she deeply exaggerated sigh showing how much an inconvenience it was for her. That was it. I told her never mind and took my documents and left to other businesses. Parr Autobody didn't specialize in Tesla parts and recommended me to another store over the phone an hour later.Boyd Autobody gave me a quote the same day by phone from the copy they made of my scope of work and eventually I went to Kavia Autobody which also only needed a copy of my scope of work to make a quote which I ended up choosing to have the work done.There is nothing to discuss or other issues to resolve. Just take it as a lesson in customer service. Thank you and goodbye.

I was swide swiped this winter, and Alan and his team treated me great and did an excellent job repairing the damage. I also had a windshield replaced and some rust taken care of at the same time, and their quote was spot on, and honored. Great work and highly appreciated! Highly recommend.
