They were very helpful, and patient with me. They answered all my questions. First time I've gone to a vape store, and they listen to sell you the right stuff. They ask the right questions. Thank you for the amazing customer service. They helped me set up my new vape machine, and explained how to use it.

There's vape shops and then there's Digital Imports.I brought in an older, obscure brand multicoil tank (after breaking my even older V1 Arctic) without much idea of what coils fit the thing. Allen was beyond helpful and patient in trying to find something that would work. He even went as far as to make it feel like my time was worth more than his which is pretty rare in a retail setting. Most people want you in and out as quickly as they can get you, but not this guy.Exceptional service.

I thought I've seen good vape stores, but this one is a haven of the biggest variety of selections. They have everything you're looking for!It is a little overwhelming when you first walk into the store because you're mesmerized by the wall to wall of selections, however, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They're very knowledgeable about every product they offer.

They always close half an hour to an hour before their actual closing time which isn’t professional! If you guys wanna be doing that then change your hours!
