Went in looking for a bike. By researching online I had narrowed it down to a Giant or Trek. Went into The Bicycle Shop and was promptly greeted and assisted. Excellent stock levels and the two models I was after in the colours and size I was after were available and I was encouraged to compare them by riding in the parking lot and park next door. Very knowledgeable staff answered all questions and comparisons. Helped me make an informed and confident decision that fits my needs and interests with no other agenda. Gave tips and tricks to ensure seamless startup. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and competitive prices.Thanks!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, Paul was very helpful. I picked up my Giant Explore E+1 yesterday and rode my first 40k today. I couldn't be happier, this bike is smooth, quiet, powerful and efficient. I can maintain a good speed without power, so no range anxiety whatsoever, but in Eco mode 160km with power is not going to be a problem. Cant wait to ride again tomorrow, and no rain in the forecast, yippee! Its gonna be a great summer with this bike!!

Terrible.My wife took my sons bike in as it needed a new break cable.The guy tells her $75 bucks to look over the bike and $350.00 for a new cable!!!!!!!! Are you serous???? She left and went to A1 cycle and he did it for $40 bucks all in. Absolutely insane that you'd rip someone off like that.Stay away from this place.

I have had the best experiences at The Bicycle Shop over the years , personal, prompt, reliable service. I am leaving on a new journey in my life, moving out of province. My RV leaves Mon and I needed my bikes installed carefully for the journey. After the shop closed today , a Saturday, Terry came to my rescue and did me a very big favour. He came right to my house. My bikes are now safely loaded and ready for the journey. I want to add , I hadn't even bought the rack and the one bike from his shop. Once again thank you !Where else can you get service like this ?

It is by far the best bike shop for miles around. They are bicycle experts with years of experience. You are getting trained expert bike mechanics not some neighbourhood kid. Repairs are always done right the first time at very economical prices. I always appreciate the great advice they give too. I will not go to any other shops in the Brantford/Hamilton area. ...ps...they always take care of you too if you have any warranty issues at all.... Norm

Went into this business for the first time today. I haven’t done any trail riding for a few years and needed to replace the stock pedals on my bike. The helpful staff were quick to help. Tried the pedals over at the bike park. They brought a whole new confidence to my riding. Thank you to everyone that helped me out.-Mark

I’ve been using the Bicycle Shop for the cycling needs of my family for years. I’ve just updated a couple of our bikes and the staff spent loads of time and test rides over several visits to make sure we got the perfect bikes. Your professional opinions and expertise was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all your help!*Edit* I returned to The Bicycle Shop for some adjustments and a change in tire type on my sons bike. Paul and Chris looked after us right away making the adjustments needed to make my sons bike even better for his riding style. They worked on his bike as if it was their own. Thank you both for your help with this today. It's much appreciated!

Happy, helpful, AND WELL INFORMED! They know their bikes and when I asked Terry and Tara about a problem with my new Giant that I hadn't even bought there, they immediately offer to help with a warranty claim! Best shop ever!
