I brought in a suitcase for zipper repair under warranty and they repaired it on the spot, it took about 2 minutes, no charge, no fuss. Very easy and good service. I would shop here in the future.

I called them and told them I got broken wheels on my samsonite suitcase before I went. They did not double check and just reminded me to come before 5:30. But after I got there it turned out they did not have sufficient parts.The receptionist then suggested to get rid of all the rubber bands on the wheels since there were actually solid wheels inside and who cares? This makes me more uncomfortable because how come further destroying my suitcase could possibly be a solution? Honestly, I felt being discriminated.

Went there to get a broken luggage replaced.Was ready to pick anything bright, but the main guy working there had already decided what he wanted to give me. So I asked if I could choose another one from a lot in front of me, and he response was,'Why should I give you that?'. I'm like, I'm asking, you can let me know if it's possible or not. He response is no, that's the only one.I asked to have a better-known brand, and his next response was: 'You people don't know nothing'. I'm like, I know what's a good brand vs. a cheap brand, and anyway, all I'm asking is to have a different colour. Don't mind the brand.'He then starts talking about global shortage.... what did that have to do with colour...yes/no would have suffice. He had no manners and no respect and was simply ready to argue if things were not his way.Shame that they get the luggage replacement business from airlines.

I went to this place yesterday and I must say I was super impressed by the quick and helpful service provided by Joanne. I had a zipper to be fixed on my luggage bag which was taken care of immediately. Thank you for your awesome service.

Nothing but good things to say about Evex and there staff. Joan was the best in dealing with customers that I have dealt with in along time. People have to understand that if parts aren't available they can't do your repair. My whole situation was positive from start to finish! Cheers.

Be careful when they say they will repair your luggage. They gave me back my luggage still broken while they got compensation from Air Canada for something they never did. This is FRAUD. When I ask for the file number to file a complaint with Air Canada, they refused to provide it to me and they also refused to give me back the file information card I showed them as proof they pretended to have fixed my luggage. The lady had it in her hand and few minutes later she said she didn't have it anymore. Such bad faith attitude. They really wanted to ensure I had no information to complaint to Air Canada. I had no issue with replacement luggage years ago but that was my first time with repairs. Tips for your next trip to their store 1) take pictures of the paperwork provided by the airline, 2) take picture and video of the luggage and the damage so you can complaint to the airline if they do something similar to you too 3) document all the steps that you took with the store. Hope this will help you to not get fooled.

I was going through all of my family’s luggage and realized four of our suitcases needed repairs (issues with wheels, handles, and zippers). I did some research online to find a luggage repair shop and chose this one based on its reviews. What a great experience! A kind lady helped me out, explained what the issues were and what options I had. Within 2 days all the repairs were done. Once I picked up my luggage, they looked brand new. They did such an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this place, great customer service and workmanship.

This place is clean and staff is nice. There wasn’t problem with anything, everything was solved quickly. They have their own parking which is plus, but if you don’t have a car and you are from Toronto it’s a bit problem to get there, you need to use several connections to come here.
