Shoppers Drug Mart

The Pharmacy is poorly managed and organized. The pharmacy staff are rude and unwilling to find solutions for their mistakes.I've had multiple prescriptions incorrectly prescribed over the last 2 months - missing components, and over charged.The staff are lacking the knowledge for proper consultation, they are students that don't seem to have an actual pharmacist on shift.Choose a local, independent pharmacy instead and save yourself the frustration.

Only the pharmacy is terrible, Post Office is excellent as well as the other shoppers staff.Pharmacy staff is rude, misplaces orders, never calls back and has poor stock. Ordered some OTC medication and was told it would arrive in 2 days. Two weeks pass with no call and when I call to ask, the Pharmacy worker is rude, tells me it was never ordered and that she can order it but it will take 5 days.Go to Loblaws Pharmacy instead, they have stock and competent workers.

The pharmacist here was really rude and the customer service not at all satisfactory. The pharmacist was right there but still made me wait more than an hour just for them to tell me that the injection that I had been waiting for was expired and asked me to look around in other pharmacies . I also somewhere felt that she was not really happy when I told them that I wanted to get the injection then and there. I will not be getting my prescription from this Shoppers because of the same. Kindly try to improve your customer service.Thanks

The pharmacy is absolutely beyond slow and incredibly disorganized. They do not answer the phone, as I just waited an hour and watched the phone ring constantly. I understand how they are very busy but this location has terrible customer service in my opinion

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Forgotten prescriptions, have been told multiple times that they are checking into it, then nothing. Almost always an issue snd never have they taken responsibility for it. Just once an apology would be nice, instead I get someone being rude when I ask why it's taken 2 weeks to fill a monthly prescription!

This pharmacy is so bad. After a week of constantly being told they were filling my prescription they never did. Renew online? Call the place 5 times? Sorry no meds for you. All my roommates have the same experience every time. Get a grip! Medication is serious and we shouldn’t have to always fight for it.

Friendly staff lots of merchant goods, pretty much everything you need from a band-aid to lottery tickets 6-49, Lotto Max and a bunch more as well as bingo,crossword etc they sell phone accessories chargers, ear buds, Bluetooth and phone jack for IPhone's and Android prices vary, they have a lot of merchandise on sale. This store does have a security guard but in my experience they have been very helpful, even going as far as helping find a product I had been looking for all in all have given a 4 out of 5 nothing in my opinion is perfect except a higher Power and my mother.Ps. They also have fast self checkout machines, 4 of them, always a bonus if the lineup is holding you up and you gotta be home for mom's home cooking or a hot date. Well there ya have it folks everything you need and then some for your one stop and shop try out Shoppers, you'll be in and out faster than you can say. Store interior is neat enough, but my experience here has been poor. Two friends and I, who are visible minorities, were followed around the store and asked repeatedly What are you buying? Why are you buying that?" by a couple staff. We felt unjustly treated as others in the store

Don't take your passport photo here, it's a rip off. Just go to the UPS store as they offer the same service half the price.
