Way, way overcharged… didn’t fix the problem.. don’t think they even tried. NEVER going back.(Used to be a good place but not now)Update: you say you can’t find me in your database?? My car was picked up from there about two hours ago. And…You certainly found it to charge us.Other places we have dealt with scope everything, not one thing at a time (resulting in more $$ for you).Another mechanic, of over 40 years, just looked at it and said you obviously didn’t even do the basic first step in looking for the problem!!!Don’t bother responding…. I am fuming and refuse to get into this anymore.Besides which… I have noticed that you tend to blame your customers.Great business practice!

Chuck and his team are awesome.We were returning to Vancouver at the end of Canada Day weekend and discovered a puncture. With a three month old baby and a puppy that had to be back in Vancouver for a surgery the next morning we started ringing round in a panic.Fountain Tire were the only place open and came to the rescue. Not only did Chuck and the team patch us up straight away they also refused payment and asked us to simply make a donation. They are a class act and we can’t thank them enough!

Ordered two new tires over 2 weeks ago. Was told it would take 2 days. Waited over two weeks for the appointment. When I got there the tires were not there. The technician who ordered them had left the company and nobody followed up on my order. Very disappointed in this service. Won't be going back to Fountain Tire.

We were so pleased to find Fountain Tire. We are from England and travelling to the Rockies stopping for a few days in Naramata. We had a slow puncture and many miles ahead of us this day so we needed to get it fixed and be on our way. KAL Tires couldn't help us, so we were so relieved when, despite also being very busy, the wonderful staff in Penticton Fountain Tire fitted us in straight away, fixed the slow puncture enabling us to keep to our schedule. It was a great relief to us and can't thank the staff at Penticton enough. We would highly recommend Fountain Tire for the professional way they handled our dilemma especially the man on reception who's daughter, he told us, had performed in the London 2012 Olympics.

I was recently in Naramata and needed a cooling system flush before i could go back to Vancouver. They were able to fit me in and perform a complex service within a day and get me back on the road. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful and kept me up to date as to the progress. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others.

During our trip in Osoyoos, we had a flat tire. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help us even through they were fully booked for the day! Adding on that, their service were top notch and fast! 10/10 would recommend their service to anyone!

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so in this situation. I want to acknowledge the quality of service at this Fountain Tire location. You can go there with the confidence that Chuck and staff will take care of your needs with the utmost care, professionalism and integrity.I had taken my car there for a second opinion" after having received a long list of things "needing to be done" as per a local dealer's recommendation.
