Bad service. Online orders don't work. Also shocked to see employees touch my phone with naked hands during Covid in order to confirm my online order.

Unfortunately poor service. Ordered online to save time, arrived 15 minutes later to find my order not ready - poor girl at the front was on the phone arguing with another client. I was eventually handed my order without the sauces, which I discovered when I arrived back at my hotel room.The food is tasty but I expect to have my order prepared correctly, doubly so if I'm made to wait.Not to cast any shade on the staff - in assuming that two people is short-staffed for a KFC. But ultimately I have to give poor marks for outcomes.

I've visited this location twice. The first time I came for lunch, but I was told there would be no chicken available until 4:00 because the cook did not show up. The second visit, I managed to actually buy some chicken, but when I got home and ate my meal, it tasted funny. That's when I noticed the oil drippings on the bottom of the box. It was almost black because it was so dirty and probably over-used. Though the cashiers were friendly and professional during both visits (they even tried to speak to me in English which is impressive in Amos!), this location doesn't seem up to KFC standards and I will not be going back there again. Sadly, not recommended.

In the past i had some bad experience here but i still came for the chicken lol. Last time i was there they were very welcoming and the cashier even spoke my native language. Whoever hired that guy please give him a raise

It has been a year since my last visit to this particular KFC. It was a bad one. But I was passing by this area and decided to give it another chance. Boy! Am I happy I did! The customer service was the same: always friendly and efficient. The difference this time was in the kitchen. The oil was clean and the chicken was well prepared. It seemed that there was a very responsible cook there who did a good job. I got a barrel of chicken along with a mix of chicken fingers, chicken wings and popcorn chicken. All was deee-licious!Bravo to this KFC for turning things around! I hope this will continue because I am already looking forward to my next visit!

The cashier took my order wrong and didn't put the receipt in the bag. Now I don't know if he heard me or was just incompetent. The two workers at the back are nice; meanwhile the cashier was arguing with a client about Slow Service and seemed really annoyed to be working.

Today wasn't the day, I was ignored or my order was put aside, just to have 4 other customers to be served and I was there over an hour waiting. Everyone else was served quickly.
