This is my favourite court for filing documents at, counter staff is helpful and professional at all times. There is generally no lineup, and people are knowledgeable and competent.

Provided no accessibility assistance, no empathy and absolutely not one system is working (still using an out of date calendar to advise on court dates).

not a fan at all, I send some documents and proof of everything and my appeal was denied till this day I don't know why ????????????I was not given an explanation, waste of time and money for the poor to get justice.“There is a higher law than the law of government. That's the law of conscience.”

Not much justice in this court of justice. I wanted a verbal warning but they jailed me for 7 months, therefore 1 star

Two courthouses are under the same roof here in old city hall. The Ontario Court of Justice is a criminal courthouse and Provincial Offences Act Court is a traffic and bylaws courthouse. The numbering of the rooms are very special in this building. You might think that 101, 111 and 121 are all on the first floor but actually 101 is on the ground floor, 111 is on the first floor and 121 is on the second floor.

The Divisional Court is a complete waste of time, money and taxpayers dollars and an utter and complete disgrace to the entire justice system! The panel does not even READ the entire file, after the parties spend MONTHS working on the case and perfecting the appeal. The panel then has the nerve to deny leave to appeal without reason and even order costs of $5,000!!!!??? (even when you're likely to have WON the appeal!!!!!!)We won't ever pay that! Not after such incompetence and injustice and the obscene amount of work that we did! And we were likely to win the Appeal! The Divisional Court now even chooses to give reasons" in some cases and not others (when they deny leave)

Bad experience!!! Favor was given to the tenant who doesn’t pay for 8 months now and doesn’t want to leave the basement. It’s very unfair! This is unfair!!!Send documents as said, and as I followed but still nothing happened! I don’t understand why there’s no fairness.Always give favours and protect the tenants! Tenant no materials or evidences served for a year but still given chance! Where is the fairness? Waste of money and time. What a “Professional Tenant” eh!

Very bad experience! They take the appeal of any tenants who do not pay and want to live for free and do not move.
