Dealt with them remotely. Brie was my agent, through a work EPP.Fantastic service. She had a direct text line to answer all my questions and give me constant updates on my order.I hadn't realized till my phone arrived that the new model was much smaller than my old phone. A few days before the return deadline i asked if there was any way to change the model.She helped setup an exchange for a different model even though technically she had the sale" already.
