Kaboom Fireworks

Poor Service - to a loyal customer.The sales person Dorothy was extremely rude and the helper needs an attitude adjustment.I asked for 4 of one item which was listed as a special and was told I can only get one as per head office rules. After calling head office and stating my position I was giving the option to get 3 cakes and the customer rep at head office would contact the trailer manager Dorothy.I went back to the trailer and asked if they received a called from head office and they said “no” in the rudest of tone.I dialled back got the rep and asked them to speak with head office rep to which they responded again “no they have to call us”.So much back and forth for buying fireworks. Holding inventory for other that might and might not buy.I buy from this location every occasion and never had such an experience before. I always spend $500-$1000 on fireworks and I am extremely disappointed in the way a loyal customer was threaten. I drove pass other fireworks trailer that are closer to me to support this location and this is what I got.I have to say head office rep(sorry forgot her name) was completely different and helpful.Every holiday that permits firework I buy firework and put on a show for the street.I have specific cake that I like which have good visual effect but not too loud for the kids. I bring the whole street together with these event and has become a norm in my neighborhood. I’m ready to take my business to the competitor as loyalty counts for nothing with Kaboom Fireworks.
