Golf Town

Had a putter regripped on the spot and out the door in 10 minutes, very good service. Staff could be more attentive to other areas of the store like the Foot wear section instead of greeting everyone at the door.

Recently had my irons re-shafted here. The staff was excellent, communication about the repairs was super. There was a small problem with the shafts that were delivered but the person helping me took care of it immediately. I am very happy with the work done and wouldn’t hesitate to have future repairs or changes done here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Steve was a MASSIVE help getting me set up with fitted irons as well as new shafts for my driver and 3 wood. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and humble in as well as very insightful. He asked all the right questions and was willing to actually listen to me and understand MY game to help choose what’s best for me. I also really appreciated how he wasn’t just another arrogant “I know what’s best” guy who just wants to push you to buy the newest *fill the blank club* that will “fix” your game, but who actually wants to find you what WILL help you improve your game. If you go to this location; ask for Steve. You won’t be disappointed. Best guy there hands down. 100%

Everytime I go to Golf Town I’m treated like a PGA pro. I make the trip from Chilliwack and am greeted with a friendly face, utmost respect, and outstanding service every time. I got to chat with Vish last week, and Nathan yesterday and both employees are phenomenal. I want to hire them to work for my company! I also had the pleasure of interacting with Gavin (DM) recently along with Steve (SM) yesterday. Steve went out of his way to assist me with a complicated re-shafting issue and also helped me select the right hybrid. He analyzed my swing and provided remarkable insight that I took directly to the range. I leave the store with a smile on my face every time and can’t wait to return!

Had a great experience today looking for irons for my girlfriend. Thank you Nathan for taking the time to help her find the perfect set of irons!

Went in several times to buy all new gear, nobody bothered to help me, all to busy talking to each other. If you want good golf equipment at a better price and actually get some service, go to Riverside Golf

Probably the worst golftown I’ve ever been to. Coming from Edmonton & Kelowna, the Langley one is pure awful.There were lots of staff around, none of them available to help. I had to walk around holding a shoe looking for someone, only to find them all hiding in the corner chatting and on their phones.Each staff member was incredibly young and obviously not very knowledable in golf. They were out of stock of the shoes I wanted and tried to sell me on a different shoe and was quite arrogant when I didn’t notice the “6/8” written in red pen on the price tag; this was clearly to indicate they only sizes they carried. The young kid was naive to the fact that I might actually have a lot of golf experience and was looking for a higher end shoe for a reason, he talked as if I may not have any golf experience.Besides that the store is messy, staff are incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. The women’s section is extremely poor and they have only a small handful of horrible items.Moral is , buy online or go somewhere else. Langley golftown is one I’d happily never go to again.

Not great service, took an hour in the store just to drop off my one iron I needed fixed, and the sales associate I was working with starting processing another customer’s order in the middle of mine. Needs to be more customer service at the service desk
