I’ve tired so many contacts and these are the only ones that actually look natural and are comfortable. The other brands look ridiculous and always cause reactions. I’m so relieved to have found ingenious bay

These contacts are not only too large and uncomfortable, you simply cannot see through them. No refunds either, don’t waste your money!

Ordered these April 1 with the promise of free 5-7 day shipping. Took my money and got an email on April 5th that they were shipped via USPS and were accepted by The Republic of Korea. It’s 5 days later and they are still apparently sitting in Korea. Starting to believe this is a scam company. Would recommend you go with someone more reputable.

UPDATE!!! 01-23-2021 HERE IS A SCREENSHOT FOR PROOF THAT I SENT THEM AN EMAIL IMMEDIATELY!If I could give negative stars I would. Don't fall for this! I placed an order and immediately emailed to cancel the order and they shipped it anyways and won't let me return or give me a refund. This company is a joke and customer service is nonexistent. The last email was so rude and they don't care because they got the sale anyways.

Order them and they never came. I check the tracking numbers and they were never shipped. I emailed them and they said it looks like they were stolen from UPS. What?? Come on!!! I opened a dispute with PayPal. When they saw I did that, they said, we will send you out not only 2 pairs but another pair for free but I have to cancel my dispute with PayPal! No thanks, just give me my money back!

I am so grateful to the customer service. I had originally purchased some prescription contacts but I ordered the wrong prescription so I could not see out of these contacts what so ever, so I contacted them knowing there are no refunds or exchanges, however they were kind enough to send me 2 more pairs (non prescription) and all I had to pay for was the Shipping cost of $16. They did not have to do this but they knew it was an honest mistake on my part as well as just being sweet and letting me have another pair. Thank you again Ingenious Bay for understanding and being such great customer service. I will definitely be ordering some more soon as well as telling all my friends & family.

Contacts are great I love them but they did not send the free set as advertised, no one answers emails or the phone. I have to open a CC dispute with them now.

Shipped in about 3 days, then sat somewhere" for a month before being delivered. Then I discovered the contacts were completely opaque
