Very good service. Front desk people and phone answering very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices. Yeah i like this place a lot and never feel any type of anxiety about being ripped off when I go there. Just good honest people who give excellent mechanical service.

Got vehicle MVI and some work done to car here early October.My car right away started making noises it never made before. grinding, squealing, bad noises when coming to a stop, or accelerating out of a stop.Called the shop and they made multiple appointments but would cancel them constantly, and after a few weeks of that they finally took a look at the car but claim there is nothing wrong with it.Paid close to 400 dollars and now I need to take my car to someone else because it sounds like a helicopter.This has been an absolute nightmare of a transaction.Take your vehicle to a place that has Integrity and does honest work.

amazing people own this place! Everything I need they either have or it's the next day. Ordered a part on Saturday told me it would be Tuesday before I got it, got a call a little while later saying they would follow up Monday, Monday's call was early and informing me that my part was in. Also best prices on rims!

I've gotten both my car and truck worked on here. They have excellent communication, prices and service standards.Great vibes given from the owner, its a properly run shop that exists without ripping people off!I will continue to be a return customer.

Despite a few one star reviews, most others seem to agree that parts emporium is straight to the point, they have honest staff and they fix your car for the best price around. There’s no bs here, they care about your driver and vehicle safety. Can’t expect much more than that!! Love to support local hard working people

Called looking for a recommendation on an exhaust, call was disconnected due to me dropping my phone while speaking to a woman who claimed to be the business owner. Called back and apologized explaining what had happened, and a woman who said she was the business owner rudely answered and said I hung up on her. No recommendation on the part was given, and she told me to go to a website and look for parts myself, all in a very rude manner. Whole call was handled unprofessionally from someone who is supposed to own the place..

I purchased front brakes and made an appointment to get them installed. They were great to deal with, on time with my appointment and very reasonable prices. They have a comfortable waiting area with wi fi. I will definitely go back.

Had a bunch of work done here not so long ago. got quoted at another place and they were charging me at least $500 more in random areas. Had everything done here at a much better price. Called to book an appointment and was in a week later. the mechanic was super informative on all of my questions. And the lady at the desk (Tammy i think?) was super great to find me all the best prices on the parts i needed for my 2014 ram. Getting a level kit put in soon and the guy who also works at the desk set my appointment up for my alignment to be done directly after my kit goes in. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and work ethic at this business. On top of it, its a small local business that i will continue to support for my truck knowing its in good hands. 5 starts from me! Thanks parts emporium.
