Store manager should acquire better customer service and communication skills. Spent over 3700$ in this store and was made to feel as though they were doing me a huge favor selling me a bike that was on sale. Definitely won't be returning there nor recommending them to my cycling friends.

Great customer service. I bought my bike there and the staff helped me pick the right one and I was very satisfied with it. Bought this bike for 800$ and it’s great. Overall great experience

I really don't understand why their basic tune up is 20$ more then quilicot and 25 to 30$ more then any small boutiques... i mean, thats a big gap... it feels like a rip off to me !

A team of skilled and knowledgeable guys offering great customer service.On a first visit with my rattling Synapse Carbon 105, one of the lead technicians knew right away that the manufacturer left a pass through straw in the main tubing, plus educated me on cleaning a bike and value of regular tunings.On a second visit with a faulty thread from my Nordictrack S22i crank arm, same tech was able to salvage the thread from the crank arm and reinstall the pedal with success - within minutes.5/5.

I left my bike at the shop for a week for a thorough cleaning/tune-up/greasing of bearings. The bike got returned to me in almost the same condition as when I left it. There’s still old gonk under the bike, the chain appears to have old lubricant (I seriously doubt a degreaser was used), and there were grease marks on the bike which the employee attributed to when the bike was moved around after the work. I’m disappointed with the quality of work and would not recommend to a friend.

Good mechanic but wildly overpriced service charge. You know a good bike store when they don't charge you for something that takes 10 minutes (then they have your business many more times to come). Go to any other bike store other than here!!!
