It's good place, well kept, lots good lighting.. at times I've had issues with the pressured soap not coming out and pre-soak is a low pressure and takes forever for any soap. However it's a rarity having issues and considering I can pay in cash or debit I wash my car like almost daily.

When i moved to chatham, i was happy to find a coin car wash that accepts card and they had everything working. But now it seems like no one is taking care of this place. Sometimes, the card does not work, soap doesn't come from brush, wax does not work, and also vacuum did not start

The one carwash bay to the right of the service door took my money and didn't turn on I called and was told I would get a call back in a couple weeks and that was months ago and still haven't heard back from them

Spend $6 to find out the my booth had no soap???Also to make it even better, my both and other was was dirty like no one has been there in years.Found a number to call at the change machine (if there any problems), called left a msg hours ago.......no response.

I lost $4 in your machine. Please check it so this doesn't happen to anyone elseI've never had a problem before so maybe you need to do some adjustments.It was an expensive car wash today :(

Used stall one (closest to Timmies), I paid $10 since my car was so dirty and needed the extra time. Soap brush was fine, but the brush hairs kept coming out of the brush and all over my car. The water pressure was just completely abysmal. I couldn't even wash off all the soap in 5 minutes, let alone all the brush hairs. Will not be wasting my money here again.

I own a sport car so I tends to keep it cleaned. This place vaccum broke quite often. Prices has recently increased due to higher hydro costs. Every time I washed my car (I felt that it didn't clean) power wash is lacking (power wise).Two time the machine ate my $2 toonies!!!!!I went to other and they worked better. Clean really well. I highly recommend going to other locations.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The change machine ate my $10 without giving me my change.Difficult if not impossible to reach an attendant for assistance or refund.
