Awesome service and a very knowledgeable staff.

We had a broken part on our satellite phone stopped in to see if they could help or sell us the part.They did not have the part in stock but took the trouble to open up my broken module signal Trace default and find out that there was something defective within the unit that was beyond their ability to repair quicklyIt's been at least 20 minutes helping me and when I tried to pay them they refused saying they hadn't accomplished anything for me. I totally certainly had sometimes finding out what's wrong and they can't be fixed is a major accomplishment, but they still turn down paymentProbably looking for a Communication Company these are certainly people I would seriously consider doing business with! If they'll take care of a stranger passing through to this degree I'm sure they'll do even better for regular customers

I came to BK Two Way to obtain a phone for my business. The staff were excellent to work with and gave me a variety of options. The best part was that it didn't take a great deal of time either.I have also rented two way radios from them in the past and they were great to work with as well.If you need a new phone, I would highly recommend these folks.

Quick service and friendly too. Made the purchase of my new phone fairly painless and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new phone.

Now that they are owned and operated by Andres electronics (same with Parkwood mall now) it's not worth going here. They tack on an extra $100 to get a phone. This particular store also has no privacy when dealing with issues. Go to Pine Centre mall and deal directly with Telus.
