Santino was great to work with and completed a small job I had in a professional manner with good results.

If I could rate 6 stars I would! We called Steel City on short notice after the guy we planned to use flaked out on us. Santino came out right away and gave us a fair quote. They started the job on our original timeline, so there was no delay in our project. Santino was open and honest every step of the way, and always asked if we had any questions or concerns. He said what he was going to do, and then did what he said he would do. Santino really went above and beyond in every way during the job. His crew was also polite and friendly, and clean-up was done well. I would not hesitate to recommend Steel City Drywall!

Santino is friendly, professional and prompt. He did a very good job of repairing my drywall, left the area clean, and his price was reasonable. He was also able to schedule the job quite soon after I contacted him. I highly recommend this company.

A water leak on the floor above resulted in the removal of some drywall in our bathroom.I called Steel City Drywall and they came over the same day, got us a quote and started work right away.Very professional, responsive and the quality of the repair was excellent.5 stars, highly reccomended.

We did a major renovation at our 1929 house in James Bay, where we were dealing with some lath and plaster, textured ceilings, and trying to ensure that the drywall fit with the existing trim. Santino and his crew made the place look updated, fresh and new. He worked with our schedule to complete the job on time, I highly recommend Steel City! Great company and great customer service! I hired Steel City to take on a small renovation and the results were amazing. Their attention to detail was superb, their punctuality was bang-on and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I could not have asked for a better experience working with Santino and his team. I would highly recommend Steel City to anyone looking for drywall services.

No complaints about the work, it was done in a timely manner and I appreciate that. It was a job well done. But I do think that it should be known that this company only accepts e transfers for payment. I found this odd for a company that does both residential and commercial work. Nowhere is it advertised on their website that this is the case and when I contacted them for a quote it was never communicated to me either. Then on the day the work was done I received an invoice and a message from the company that they sent me an invoice and to send them an etransfer for payment. Payment was due that same day. When I expressed my disappointment with the lack of transparency on their end with payment options I was just told “sorry for that but I would’ve told you if you asked” I didn’t think I needed to ask, I’ve worked with A LOT of trades and I’ve never came across one that only accepts e-transfers so I had no reason to expect that to be that case, as that honestly seems unusual and why would one think that’d be the case. I see the website is still not updated to reflect this so figured I should provide a warning on this detail so no one else finds themselves surprised the day the invoice is received.

Santino and his crew were excellent to work with! We had some holes in the ceiling, from plumbing work, that needed patching. I appreciated the frequent communication about when they would be here to do the work. Also, even though it was a small job, they treated my work as if it was top priority. When everything was done, I can't tell that there were ever holes in the ceiling. I highly recommend!

Santino and his crew were very professional and did the job quickly. Our job was very complicated with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and skylights. We would definitely recommend Steel City Drywall to friends and family.
