I gave Brandon two broken pieces of a refrigerator shelf, missing three of four hooks. Somehow he figured out the final shape and were able to make two pieces, each with two hooks. They fit beautifully and the fridge shelf is repaired. Brandon is a great guy and very accommodating - and he's a miracle-worker. Great service, great quality.
