Bay closest to the building ate my $3 and refused to accept my last loonie and toonie and wouldn't return my change. Also tried 6 different methods of payment at the change machine and all were declined. Avoid.

1 Star is too good for this place. 1st time I used this place I could not find the so called coin machine and had to use my credit card. When I finished I pressed stop and the digital counter continued going for another 5min. Could not find the machine that was suppose to give the receipt and then received a $$25 charge on my credit card from the car wash.Brought a friend there another time and found the coin machine which ate her money and spoke to a few people there and they said they had all lost money there in the machine and never got it back. There is never anyone there and no number to call so I googled the place and called about getting the money back the machine ate. The lady said she would look into it and call me back within the week which she never did. 2 week later I texted her again about returning the money and she never responded.This place should be shut down.

Please think well before you use this wash. I’ve given them 3 tried and I lost $28 and got ZERO wash from them. One the nozzle was broken, they charged almost $20 on my visa and I got zero service (tried twice, charged $8 instead of $4 plus HST). Decided to give it another try and came back a few days after for it to swallow another $4 and not give me water and then another $4 for the same in another wash. It was the winter, but if the thing doesn’t work - close it or hang a sign instead of stealing people’s money.

Nice car wash with great customer service. Owner/operator very responsive to customer feedback and is usually either on site or a few min away and reachable by phone.Note-$19.99 charge will automatically adjust itself based on your usage in a few days (this is listed in clear wording on the sign)-triple foam wash doesn’t run in the winter due to obvious reasons-spot free rinse is working amazing!

Almost everything was working. For 20 bucks more I could have gone to In and Out car wash and had the interior cleaned too. Oh, and they would do all the work.

Do Not go to this place. I've used the machine for couple times until one day it charged me $20 for a 4 mins car wash!!! It's just ridiculous and absurd...

SCAM the machine took the first $3 then didn’t accept the last $1, didn’t return the $3 then asked to deposit another $4 to start. No staff on sight or number to call at the machine. This place needs to be closed permanently or have normal business management.

Bay 6 took my money and of course you can't get back your money! I called the phone number that's on the advertisement, left a voicemail and no response. NOT happy!

Used a ‘gift card’ thinking I’d like to come back. This was my first visit.Most of the wash functions didn’t work… took 15min just to get the car rinsed - then to add salt to the wound the ‘stop’ button didn’t work, then proceeded to empty my $25 card.Definitely a sub standard wash. I’ll be following up with them on the card drain.. seem pretty convenient that the stop button doesn’t work… I’m not expecting much sympathy though.

I called for refuding money. The women I spoke with exhibited a very unpleasant attitude and provided me with terrible customer service, therefore, I strongly advise against visiting that place.
