Grand Marais Urgent Care Clinic

I went to this clinic for medical care, when I finally got into the room to see the doctor I told her my concerns and the doctor (female) was very judgemental, no bed side manor, very opinionated about my private life/personal affairs, and she made me feel judged and belittled. She spoke to me with a condinsending tone as she dictated her opinion on how (in her eyes) I had lack of self care because she wouldn't make some of the choices ive made in my private life and private affairs

Slowest clinic in the city. Came here twice and waited over two hours both times. Not sure why since both times I came it was early in the morning during weekdays and there wasn’t even full waiting rooms (got here at 9am and wasn’t seen by a doctor until 11am). Urgency is not here, and their care for patients is questionable as well.

First time I met Dr Minardi he seemed very professional caring and friendly. Today was the second time I see him after he called back to the clinic to go over results. It was rushed, he was rude and dismissive. I asked him one question about his opinion about another treatment option (fenofibrate) for my elevated triglycerides but low ldl levels. He wants to start me on lipitor 80 mg daily (max dose). He ripped the script He was writing and walked out. I had to be very patient with his strange demeanor where he then rewrote the script, didn't answer my questions, was condescending and told me to see my family dr that just recently tool me on and currently waiting for my appointment.I'll be honest I was looking forward to see dr Minardi today because I was impressed with him the first time but after my appointment today and his inappropriate behavior as a health care worker I won't ever want to have any interaction with him.He refused to answer my question today but maybe the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario will help him get back to me with a proper answer.

Dr. Szczepanik, Janeta **ABSOLUTELY A ZERO!!!FIRST OFF THE lack of unprofessionalism from that so called secretary who has literally bullied patients and uses her position to manipulate and control when and how she decides to schedule or charge you a fee unknowingly then say if you don’t pay you can’t see the dr!!! Her unprofessionalism may catch the wrong person!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!! I am truly sadden for the patients that feel they had no other options but this dr office/ clinic as far as I am concern money is the only bottom line here not health let alone healthcare!!Then too boot the dr literally took on a huge number of patients in a very short amount of time and started prescribing medication based off of word of mouth, if you came in as her New patient state what you “need” or what you were on “before” without researching your history, testing or proof, that you actually need it all you had to do ask I mean that is toxic on so many and completely gross to think anyone can ask for a whole bottle of narcotics (Adderall) and get it!!! No wonder the city of Windsor looks like walking zombies everywhere!!!!

Dr. Warwaruk was so kind and thorough. Took the time to talk to my son and address all issues. Called very quickly after his X-ray to tell me everything looked good. Very impressed. :)

Dr. Minardi was wonderful. We arrived 20 mins before opening on a Saturday, there was a line by 8 am but their staff had us in and out very quickly. Thank you!

I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of Dr. Thomas. I have never seen such disrespectful and unprofessional conduct in my life. I will be filing a complaint with The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario as she should have her license revoked immediately. Now it makes sense why this clinic is so poorly reviewed.

Doctors are great but they must be the slowest clinic in the city. I live a block away and I always try to be first person there in The morning. Last 2 times visiting I've waited 2 hours. In house pharmacy was very slow too

Terrible experience. Dr Thomas was extremely arrogant, rude and inconsiderate. Lacks even basic human manners to be polite to patients and address their concerns. She completely dismissed and ignored our concerns and showed very egoistic demeanour. As a doctor you should have some basic level of tolerance and humility to listen to patients as they are the ones going through pain and suffering. Unfortunately it's Canada and medical system is severely broken and being run as a mafia with all the govt money. Zero oversight or accountability. Shame

The nurse are rood and mean I took my son to the clinic when i registered him she said 2 hours waiting after 2 hour waiting I asked her how long the wait she said she don't know and then I asked her how many people in front of me she said I can't tell u what is that is this a secret thing , they are too slow u wait outside and inside
