No hot water in my shower! .. broken mangled valve inside the wall and stuck in there pretty good .. the owner sent his young son who was more than capable to fix this like new and fast .. they showed up real quick and were very professional and very friendly .. and a good price also .. very satisfied customer here! .. got a problem .. these are the guys to fix it .. For the installation of my gaz oven they were able to come the next day, did a great job and very fast.I really appreciate doing business with them.They are always able to come the same day or next morning when I have a plumbing emergency. Very efficient and professional.They even called me one time instead of doing a service call because they knew my issue was an easy fix I could do myself. They fix my problem on the phone and saved me money since they didn't charge anything for a phone call.

I happen to have both the pleasure and the uncertainty of living in a century old building in Le Plateau-Mont Royal. A pleasure as it is a majestic old building but uncertainty because of the unusual and uncommon problems I sometimes encounter. Just recently I was confronted with an unsettling mystery with respect to the plumbing associated with our washing machine. To our downstairs neighbour's unhappiness and to our chagrin - a persistent banging in the pipes resulted every time I used my machine. I tried in vain to discover the cause of the problem and called another plumber who also threw up his hands. In desperation I asked a friend to recommend a really good plumber no matter the price – he recommended Doctor Drain.Like a great doctor, M. Duchesne did not disappoint. Guy is the doctor who makes house calls and he came within a day. Upon arrival he listened, he probed, he asked questions. He quietly and confidently reassured me that he would fix the problem. Using his uncanny sixth sense he located the likely source and location of the problem. Within a short time, he had remedied the disturbing clatter. The possibility of a flood deep within the walls was averted. And to my great relief his price was fair. Managed to snag an appointment the yesterday and Maxime called me bright and early to let me know he was on his way. Did a great job installing my new toilet and showerhead as well in my new condo. No charge for travel time or any other extras I was quoted by the competitors. Super nice guy, was done in just over an hour and even showed some love to my pup who was curiously watching him go about his craft. Will not hesitate to call again.

The guy hung up the phone the moment he found that we are not 100% deal going for them. Very rude. Actually we were comparing quotes, his pricing was lower than the other one. Unfortunately the receptionist couldn’t stay on the phone for literally 2 more seconds.

My water heater was not turning on and my furnace was leaking because of a botched job from another repair man. He came and got our water heater working, ensured the leak wouldn't continue and verified that we could use our air conditioning.

Guy was great to deal with on the phone and kept us informed. Alex and Bob who carried out the work on my Mom’s kitchen drain were punctual and professional. They explained everything clearly and rectified the issue promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thank you!
