I couldn't be more happy with their service! I came looking for a couple small parts that I couldn't locate elsewhere. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and knew their product inside and out. Within a few minutes I was on my way with parts in hand. This is the way customer service is supposed to be! Great company to deal with!

In my experience, the products they have are top of the line. I install their products 3 to 5 days a week. i really like kelowna's location simply because they have a great crew that works there and they always get me in and out the door in a timely matter. ive never had a customer unhappy with their products.And that says alot because of kelowna's high expectations
