Don't use!!! Website might be in english but if you call they say they don't speak English and no one is returning emails.

Bad customer service. Very rude. He sold me the wrong part and would not give me a refund. Looks elsewhere unless you want to get scammed

I made and order with this company, the website was english, I had a problem with my order so I called their customer service, as soon as the guy heard me speak he replied that he doesn't speak english, ok, I asked if I could speak to someone that speaks english, I wasnt rude, and he replied nobody speaks english here, I tried to ask my question cause the english he did speak was very good, he just became very rude and babbled in french, I you have a english website then you probably should speak the language.

Rpm provides real old fashioned customer service, Excellent service #1, I ordered a part and within hours it was on its way to me , received it in two business days , the part I ordered came with extra pieces that I needed but did not ask for , I am blown away by their terrific service they are in a league of their own. Great work RPM

Wasn't sent the part that was depicted in the images on the website. I could have bought what they sent from Amazon for half the price. Emails go unanswered. Stay clear.
