Needed some spark plugs for a trip to the mountains on the sleds so I called them on the way down to put it aside for me. Get caught in traffic on the highway due to an accident and end up showing up after close. I ran in as quick as I could expecting everything to be locked but nope. Walk through the doors and first thing the gentleman at the counter says you the fella that needed the plugs. Wasent upset nothing kept conversation with me as I rang through 10/10 service from the parts guys there! Will be back for sure

Have made several calls and left a message twice with my #, I am interested in buying a Quad.Never dealt with a company that has no interest in selling thier products before. I will be buying elsewhere now. If it is this hard to buy there you know they will completely ghost you for any warranty issues. Guess it will be a trip into the city, where it will be better to deal with a professional sales team.

Great experience start to finish! It was my first experience with Riderz. Ordered up a KTM 790 Adventure R. Jason was friendly and professional, super reasonable and helpful getting options and extras sorted/installed to getting it out the door on delivery date. Really good vibe around the place. I'll be back for sure! So will my moto buddies who came down with me from Jasper.

I stopped here, passing through, and needed a tire for the rest of my trip. They were able to fit me in first thing in the morning. Got the new tire mounted and balanced and they had me on my way. The owner talked with me as the bike was getting worked on. Kind staff and owner. The owner is knowledgeable and easy to deal with.Stop in sometime!
