After decades of experience with drycleaners, I can say unequivocally that Goody's Cleaners are the absolute best. The owner, Barb, is personally involved with everything, and she knows the status of each and every item brought to her shop for cleaning. She is honest and ethical, her standards are the highest, and she ensures that her clients are 100% satisfied. I have talked with people who drive miles out of their way to bring their cleaning to Goody's, because no other place can compare. There's a reason this establishment wins so many awards!

I was charged $40 for 2 dress shirts and 2 pairs of pants and the shirts didn't even look like they had been pressed. Definitely won't be using this dry cleaner anymore, high prices and poor quality.

Tried to pick an item up from Goodys Lynn Valley. I had the ticket and the clerk matched it from her file. She couldn't find my item. I gave her different spellings and nothing. I provided a description and she checked the whole rack. Nothing. She called someone , checked the whole place and nothing. I finally asked if I could look and yes, I located it. An incorrect ticket had been placed on it altho there was a ticket matching mine and the item did match my description. I was there for 30-35 mins and had to pay full price! Can't say I'll be back...

Dry cleaning done to perfection, staff are friendly and helpful. Barb and Katherine always have a smile on their face and make it an overall pleasant experience, highly recommend

Had a last minute dry clean, needed same day service. It was the only place Around that actually picked up their phone, and I'm glad they did. Easy and good value, done with three hours to spare for a 3 piece suit. Very happy!

I brought in 3 baseball caps that I had put through the ringer and were filthy. When I got them back it was like they were brand new and it only cost me $20. I've used these guys in the past and the results are always perfect, couldn't ask for a better result.

I took my trench coat to this place without reading the review because it was the closest one to my home. It was awful. I took it there because of the two spots that were on my coat and they were still there!!! The jacket feels like cardboard when I put it on now not sure what material they used. Unfortunately my husband picked it up and didn't check it there! I don't have time to take it back to them! Waste of time and I really don't recommemd this place

I definitely recommend Goody's Cleaners. They are well priced, eco-friendly and do an amazing job. I am so grateful to have found such an honest business.It is so important to deal with businesses that are eco friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and well priced.I wish them all the best.

I dropped my wedding dress off in November 2016. They took a very long time cleaning it but assured me it’s because they do a meticulous job. They called me a couple weeks later to ask if I wanted the dress in a bag or in a preservation box. Naturally I opted for the box. When I picked it up, the woman said she takes extra care on the garments and she seemed genuine so I trusted her and didn’t take it out of the box. I did check when I got home that it was my dress in there (there was a bag over a box OVER another “bridal chest” box. The dress was careful packed in so I let it be). Imagine my horror when I opened it last weekend to discover TWO MASSIVE HOLES in the tulle in the back. It appears they must’ve cleaned it with 2 out of 3 bustle buttons done up so they tore right through. I paid $250 to have them destroy my $1500 wedding dress and of course two YEARS later I don’t have the receipt anymore. I can’t imagine someone’s heartbreak if they were saving a gown for a daughter and they open it up in 20 years later to see what I did. I’m heartbroken and I have no idea why I trusted the reviews about this company. Do not trust your wedding gown with this company!!!

Simply unprofessional. I gave them my dress to remove couple of spots on it. They said no problem. I told them I don't have time and need it by Wednesday. The lady told me it will be ready on Tuesday. I went to pick it up on Tuesday and they said its not ready. They said come back on Wednesday so they can prepare it. When i went to pick it up, it didn't have any cover on it like other clean cloths. I didn't have enough time so I just took the dress and came home then I realized this spots are still on it. They didn't even mention that they couldn't remove the spots from the dress. There are so many better dry cleaners around oh, I just chose this because it was really close to my house but never going back.
