I would like to give a big thanks to the all staff working in this clinic.I did brought my client on wheelchair for X-rays in this clinic after visiting other clinics which they refused as patient was not able to stand for X-rays.The front desk lady Alyza so nice girl she helped with the ramp for Wheelchair and the X-ray tech is so professional he used his expertise while keeping the patient in wheelchair and did his X-rays. It was such a relief as patient did not want to go to hospital for X-ray as recommended by other clinics.I really would recommend to my agency ,my colleagues and friends for this clinic for all patients. The front desk staff were great. I had an appointment and it was on time for my ultrasound. But it was during the ultrasound that I was less than impressed when they asked me, after an internal ultrasound, to clean up after myself and get dressed while they were still in the room. It was a tiny room and there was even a student in the room so it was very awkward. The Xray, afterwards, was then not put into the queue by the ultrasound technician, so I was waiting for over an hour until I realized others had just gotten there and they still weren't calling on me. At least the front desk staff put me through right away once I said something.This is a clean facility, and very convenient with all the parking in the lot, but the service of the ultrasound technicians could have been much better.

today I had a deeply unpleasant encounter with the front desk staff at this establishment. The initial staff member I encountered was not only unfriendly but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness and impatience. She seemed visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes, and even resorted to screaming without any apparent reason. Such behavior was completely unwarranted and unprofessional.Fortunately, amidst this distressing encounter, there was one staff member who displayed exceptional customer service. This individual jumped in to assist me, taking my requisition and processing it promptly. her effort helped alleviate the situation momentarily, but unfortunately, , I also encountered a rude and unhelpful technician. It is disheartening to recount yet another negative encounter that further contributes to my dissatisfaction with this place. overall I will not booking here again myself or my family

I saw similar reviews about a rude technician and I even can copy paste them as mine as they are so real and exactly the same happened to me. But clearly the clinic is ignoring all comments and let this lady continue to harm unlucky patients.I went for a follow up ultrasound, pelvic and internal. The technician was extremely and unbelievably rude and careless I had this done many times before and no technician was ever like her. She didn’t took the normal approach other technicians take during internal vaginal ultrasound, moving the device without letting me know in advance, she yeled at me the whole time and I was shocked and speechless. once the ultrasound was finished, she denied me to handover some Kleenex for cleaning myself and wanted me to clean with some craft paper wich was very humiliating.I hand no issues with their receptionists.

Front staff are great, ultrasound techs are great. X-ray technician - terrible.It's one thing to mix up a requisition, or even to forget about one during a busy day. But to lie to a patient, and blame them for the delays is unacceptable.Edit: I received a call from head office regarding my experience. Very nice and understanding person who assured me that my poor experience would be addressed.There's a saying: one bad apple can spoil the bunch. Words every business should live by.

This center is amazing. The place itself is well designed, clean, spacious and organized.The staff and technicians are so patient, polite and cooperative.You won’t need to seat for a long time if you have appointment.I will do all my ultrasounds here from now on!Thank you team for all your efforts!

Front desk staff and the ultrasound technician were polite. Process was quick and easy.Appointment at 9am, I showed up 10mins early as requested by staff when setting up the appointment, ultrasound completed and I was walking out the door before 9:15am.

Worst experience I’ve had during an ultrasound. I went for a post partum ultrasound, pelvic and internal. The technician was extremely rude she didn’t took the normal treatment other technicians take during and internal vaginal ultrasound, moving the device without letting me know in advance, once we finish the ultrasound she denied me to handover some Kleenex for cleaning myself and wanted me to clean with some craft paper wich was very denigrating, specially knowing I just had a baby and I have stitches in the are,The place looked very dirty, in general I would never seen such a terrible Clinic.
