Too much People!The GYM was full, the pool full!It's a good place if you have children!

Terrible locker policy at this location. You either have to bring your own lock, or pay $13 extra to buy a lock. I couldn’t believe there was no alternative! I drove all the way there just to leave when I found this out - all of the other city pools I’ve been to have allowed me to use a quarter for the lockers.

The location was nice, but the lady who worked the pool desk was really mean. She called me using a megaphone, and was passive aggressive to me (Karen-esque).I asked her if I could pay for ice skating yet, she looked away as if I didn’t exist and simply said “5 minutes”.Nice place, but I’m not coming back.edit: a lot if people complain about the front staff lady.

Very clean and organised place. The staff in the front is super helpful and easy help. Their attitude is very polite and positive,Pool is super clean with very professional lifegaurds, gym is good but if you are lookinh for a big gym with alot of machines then it might not be the right place to go, yet it is very cost effective.

The place is really good, but the service from the people who is working here isn’t the best one, they don’t explain properly the monthly plans or the options to get access into this community centre

I love the badminton program that runs on Saturdays. They also have dropins but the date and time fluctuates (currently it is on Saturdays). Soon I'll be too old to continue playing but this place will always hold a strong place in my heart as I've with many memories.

Good place, lots of activities

I use the fitness centre - small but good set of equipment. The pool etc. seem really good too.

Came to go to the fitness centre. It was difficult to find where to go, the person working at the front was so flat like a robot and not welcoming at all. Couldn't find the washrooms, no relevant signage to direct you if you have never been. Women's washroom smelled like a sewer, extremely gross smelling coming from a grate in the floor that had cones all around it. Fitness centre is extremely tiny. No space whatsoever and extremely busy. Lots of cardio equipment, but no hope of using any weights or other machines as they are so clogged with other people. No space to stretch, warm up or do mat exercises. Worst community centre gym I have been been to. Will never return.
