An easy to find warehouse in the middle of a wide open industrial area. This place is huge. It's on the second floor and it has a small show room with a lot of open office space. Front desk staff was very polite and attentive. We are looking for a custom made quartz sink. We want a ramp/slope design with no curve edges. They took all our information down and said they will get back to us with a quote. It's been a couple days but it was a long weekend so will give it a couple more days before moving on.

Elias is was professional and efficient. He always kept myself and my partners needs first, and made sure everything was done to your liking and within a timeline that suited us. The countertops are beautiful and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.

We had the opportunity to work alongside Elias from Elite Stone throughout our counter top selection process. He was absolutely amazing!! He was very knowledgeable about the various kinds, he ensured we had samples we could take back and forth, and he was prompt in responding to all of our questions and very personable. He made us feel we were his top priority always and made the process go very smooth . The installers were very thorough and ensured the counter design lined up. We are very happy with our counter top and the quality is wonderful.

Sadly my countertop was not measured properly. The counter around the sink still has wood showing. This company was going to charge me an extra 1000 to fix the mistake. They weren’t willing to compromise.Please be aware that this company @elitestonedesign is recommended by @ikea and really shouldn’t be please avoid them.

Tom who did measurements was wonderful. Installers were amazing!!! They were all so friendly, professional and efficient. 5 stars for measurements & installers!The customer service representative however, was not. Very hard to get a hold of, not well communicable or reliable or friendly. 2 for customer service

Excellent work! The attention to detail was fantastic, and the measurements were perfect. We were also impressed with the short lead time.We placed our order through IKEA last month, and Elite Stone came to measure the job within a week. After taking the measurements, they called us back to say that a change order was required because two workers would be needed to complete the job. We paid for the change order through IKEA on the same day. The following week, they called to confirm the installation date. The original date was set for Wednesday the 19th, but we received a call on the 14th requesting a reschedule to Monday the 17th due to no crews being available in the Cambridge area on the original date. The installation day went smoothly. The crew arrived at 10 a.m. and finished within two hours, including cleanup.However, there was a small chip on one of the slabs upon arrival. We are hopeful that they will take steps to address the issue.

I had my kitchen counters installed by the team at Elite. The service, support and install were excellent all across the board. The communication throughout the process was consistent and clear. The install team did a great job, they were clean, careful and installed it with care and fairly quickly. Thanks again!
