I've just signed up, but the process was easy and the fees are very reasonable. I feel quite comfortable leaving my vehicle here while I'm away. Gated entrance adds to that feeling of security and good management.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the Exeter Rd. location. We found what we needed very quickly and we were able to begin moving our things in the same day. Instructions given were precise and detailed and as a bonus we were offered a bottle of water on that hot, humid day. Much appreciated!Facility is very clean and easy to access.

The staff were incredibly helpful when I was in the process of choosing a facility to store belongings. Each person I spoke to on the phone and in person were so kind and patient with me and the many questions I had. The locker is clean, conveniently located and easy to enter and exit. They were also competatively priced. Highly recommend them.

This is my first first Month wit Forest City storage and I am extremely happy with the facility and the the girl who runs it, she is very friendly and approachable.I just moved my vehicle there and it was just a great experience to set everything up.I am removing my vehicle because I sold it, but I wish I had used them sooner to store it. Great hours, service, clean, access on the weekends.Thank you

Pleasantly surprised by...basically everything! Staff are super helpful and friendly. Renting a unit was very straightforward. I felt as though the road rules were all spelled out crystal clear. Prices seemed reasonable and competitive...even got an indoor unit for less than I was originally quoted for an outdoor unit! Very satisfied. Absolutely 100% recommended by me.
