AUTO ONE Group Vancouver

Went to test drive a car and indicated I was interested. Had them review my trade in and Scott said he'd get back to me. Never got a call back. I'm guessing they aren't interested in selling cars. I won't deal with them again and don't recommend them to others. There's plenty of good dealerships around selling good quality certified premium vehicles.

My son and I purchased a Range Rover from Auto One a couple of months ago. We directly dealt with Scott, and everything went very smoothly, and very clear. Scott provided us with all the documents and records we asked for and gave us a detailed information about the vehicle including the positive and negative issues. We drive tested the car several times with no problem. I didn't find anything negative about this deal.We found Scott a professional person in his job and I will definitely go back to him for our next vehicle.

Great experience dealing with the Auto One Group in both Vancouver and Toronto. Honest and friendly, with no pressure or sales tactics. I bought an M4 from the Vancouver location and Mark coordinated everything with the Toronto office and arranged for me to meet with them to sign papers. Mark picked me up from the airport in Vancouver and the car was waiting for me when we arrived at Auto|One, fueled up, serviced, and ready to go! Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family.

Got a 2006 BMW 330ci with Mark at AutoOne. These guys have some great cars in their inventory. So far I’m really happy with my purchase. My 330 is in excellent condition all around, like no other I have seen for sale out there. Mark, the sales rep that sold me the car is a great guy! Helped me a lot during the purchase process, and even more when the car needed some minor mechanical repairs that were done under warranty. I recommend dealing with AutoOne, specially Mark, if you’re looking to purchase a used high-end sports car in really good condition and with some peace of mind.

I have never dealt with this dealership and never will. I am looking for a nice luxury used vehicle for our son and saw one on Auto Trader at their place. However, of 21 google reviews, there are seven absolutely horrible reviews, the worst ratio, 33%, I have ever viewed. In almost all cases, the owner fails to address these reviews and only responds to the positive reviews. Not for me, thank you very much.

Helped by Marc, super helpful and knowledgable. Bought the car sight unseen basically and there was no nasty surprises when I took delivery. Marc was quick to answer and calls or emails. If Marc has the car I want next time im looking, I will go to him before anyone else.
